Welcome to Ferienwohnungen Auszeit Osterode in Lerbach, in the heart of the Harz Mountains. Completed in 2024, our modern holiday apartment combines high-quality comfort with peace, nature and a welcoming atmosphere – perfect for a relaxing getaway, an active holiday in the Harz or a workation surrounded by nature.

When designing the apartment, our goal was to create a place where you can feel at home from the moment you arrive. Natural clay walls provide a pleasant indoor climate, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining together, and the modern bathroom with a rain shower is the perfect place to start or end your day.

You also won’t have to compromise when it comes to technology: fast Wi-Fi and LAN connections as well as a large 65-inch TV are included. This also makes the apartment an excellent choice for a workation or a few productive days surrounded by the peaceful Harz countryside.

Many of the little things that make a stay more comfortable are simply part of the experience for us. Laundry facilities are available, and a baby cot, high chair and amenities for four-legged guests can be provided if required. Dogs are very welcome.

Outside, you can enjoy your time in the garden and on the terrace, with a barbecue available for relaxed evenings after a hike or day trip.

The Harz Mountains practically begin at your doorstep. The apartment is located directly at the start/end point of the famous Harzer Hexenstieg hiking trail. Numerous hiking routes, mountain lakes and excursion destinations make this an ideal base for nature lovers and active holidays.

The surrounding region also offers summer toboggan runs, high ropes courses, mountain biking, thermal spas, caves and many other attractions. The historic town of Osterode am Harz is approximately 4 km away and can easily be reached by car, bus or even on foot.
