Maison Gil is a charming ground-floor apartment, perfect for up to 5 people. It features a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an extra bed for 1 person. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, blender, grill, and dishwasher, ensuring you have all modern conveniences during your stay.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. On arrival, the beds are made up with quality bed linen for a carefree start to your holiday.

The renovated bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a washbasin, with towels available for the entire stay. For extra comfort, there is a separate toilet in the hallway.

Maison Gil enjoys an excellent location in Ostend: just a short walk from the sea and beach, and close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. This makes it the ideal base to enjoy both a relaxing beach holiday and all the vibrancy the city has to offer.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
