"Tiffany Front Office Supervisor and Marina are wonderful employees! The breakfast staff Harol and Amy very professional and hospitable as well. Juan in housekeeping very friendly. Its a great location and the room was very clean. There is some slight wear and tear in bathroom corners etc. But i would def come back. "
"Meget slidt hotel. Ligegyldig, på grænsen til uvenlig service. Vi havde booket et værelse til 6 med 2 dobbeltsenge og en sovesofa. Der var ikke dyner og betræk til sovesofaen, hvilket vi måtte ringe efter. De kom ikke med det, og vi måtte selv gå ned for at påminde dem om det igen. "

"Great location for a visit to Savannah and the historic quarter. After a long day’s walking around and exploring the beautiful city, you can take a dip in the rooftop pool and relax in one of the deckchairs."
"We had a great experience at River Street Inn. We loved the location and points of interest were easily walkable. Also lots of dining and shopping options along River Street. Hotel and room were very clean. It is a historic building and they have kept it up very well. The daily manager's reception was an added plus - complimentary drinks and appetizers! Coffee, popcorn and candy also available in the lobby for guests. Would definitely stay here again."
"Rigtig hyggeligt men ældre hotel. Servicen var i top og der var rent og pænt alle steder. Flot lobby med levende musik og mand i døren til at velkomme dig ind. Ligger lidt væk og overfor en park i område som var lidt mørk og ubekvemt som solorejsende. Dog lige ved siden af The Olde Pink House restaurant som varmt kan anbefales.

"The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is fine - but there is not so much space to eat for the many people that the hotel can accommodate.
I have seen that others have written that towels were missing in the room. We experienced that too. They were removed, and then we had to go down to reception ourselves and get new ones. It wasn't a problem, but we haven't experienced it in a hotel before ;-)
There is quite a bit of unrest around the hotel, so if you want a quiet hotel, you probably shouldn't stay here.
BUT at the reception was a young man. His name is Jo/Joe and he was absolutely fantastic :-) Sweet and polite with a good sense of humor, happily fetched us towels, reassured us about the impending hurricane and was really good at small talk. The hotel is very lucky that they have him employed. He really is a star :-)"
