When we checked in, we were given a room key. When we went to that room, it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Returned to the main desk and let them know the room was not clean. The front desk staff questioned me, and I said it was not cleaned. He contacted another person who went and checked on the room and came back and said it wasn’t cleaned. He then gave us another room, but did not apologize for the mixup. I had to say, “we don’t even get an Oops, sorry about that?”. He then said sorry. Once in the new room, the sink did not drain properly. When we finally decided to go to bed, there was a brown bug underneath the sheets. When I addressed it with the front desk, they said maybe someone left the window open they would check on it. They were very unprofessional and had zero customer service skills.
