When we walked in, the room was FREEZING, but we fixed that right away (just never had that experience). The bathroom floor was VERY sticky, my guess is too much cleaning solution and not enough water mixture, but that's just a guess. The toilet wasn't flushing, no matter what we did (and we only peed) so we called the front desk. they came up, said they can bring us a plunger. I asked if we could change rooms because I didn't feel that I should have to use a plunger each time I needed to use the bathroom. He seemed a little annoyed but let us change rooms. The 2nd room was fine except the remote didn't work. I didn't want to deal with it so I left a note on top of the remote saying it didn't work. The last thing was, we were there for a college visit. About 10 mins after we left the hotel, my daughter realized that she forgot her nose ring on the bathroom counter. I called and asked if they had found it, he said that they were on that floor now cleaning and he was going to have them check. I asked that he leave me a message as I won't be able to answer due to the tour we were going to be in. I did get a call back, but no message. I called and he said that they didn't find it. Just seemed like they were quick to call back and didn't even really look for it; so $20 later we had to get a replacement. Again, I know this was my daughter' fault for leaving it behind but maybe have a better eye when cleaning the counters as I'm sure she's not the first to leave any type of jewelry.
