"The location was perfect for our needs. We were close to our family who live in the area, a grocery store was 5 minutes away, the lovely River Walk was close by, too, providing plenty of outside time and a number of restaurants to choose from as well. We had a wonderful, unforgettable stay. "

"Great place to stay for the weekend. Had everything we needed including a high chair. The pool table is a miniature one but was still super fun to use. Didn't get a chance to use the fire pit in the back but that's an awesome amenity as well. Austin was super easy to communicate with and very prompt to respond. If I have to stay in South Bend again would love to use his property for sure!"

"The true mark of a good host is how things are handled when something unexpected and out of their control happens. During our stay, the sump pump failed, resulting in some minor flooding in the basement. The host was in constant contact throughout the process, acted promptly and brought in professionals within minutes of becoming aware of the problem, and worked with us seamlessly when we found out that it would take several days of repairs to restore the property and facilitated us moving...
