"I love the Talbott Inn, especially the rooms in the Old Talbott Tavern building. It is an historic property with all the charm of a building that dates back centuries. The rooms are a bit dated but, in my opinion, it just adds to the charm. The breakfast that comes with the room is not your run of the mill continental spread that many hotels provide these days, but a cooked to order traditional breakfast. Delicious!! Will be back."

"My wife and I were very pleased. Everything about this place was great. Check in, room, bathroom, beds, TV, place to hang clothes, lighting, breakfast, convenient location, check out, everything was great. Why can't all hotels just do it right? This place knows how to provide a clean, comfortable room with a TV that's easy to use and working fixtures in the bathroom. What more could you want?"

"The room was great and it was cheap, it was one of the only hotels that a 19 year old could book, the room was clean and the staff were very nice, the pool was warm and it felt like a $100+ a night hotel but it was $85 a night in downtown Bardstown, I would definitely go again and I recommend anyone staying in Bardstown to stay at this hotel, it’s right in downtown close to many restaurants."

The biggest breakfast selection I've personally ever seen staying at a hotel. The only downside of our stay was that the pool was too cold for us to swim in. Otherwise, our stay could not have been any better!"

"Our stay started very rocky as our reservation that was made on Expedia was not showing in the hotels system. But miss Annette at the front desk was phenomenal! She helped us by getting a number to call Expedia and was very understanding of our frustration but went the extra mile to make everything right. She stayed on the line with the gentleman from Expedia and we got all situated. She is an angel and a great asset to the Hampton!! "

"Rode up for the Hoka Hey Rendezvous, and looking at comparable prices, was a little concerned as it was less than half the cost.
For sure, this is a motel facility, but what a pleasant surprise. Super clean, convenient, and incredibly charming. The staff were amazing and friendly.
Sometimes it's the perfect match - a quaint, cozy, friendly place. Not to take anything away from a larger chain, but they can be sterile.
And you just can't beat the price! Super happy and would stay here...
