"The hotel feels very much like a hotel for business people of large groups of tourists. It’s a very big hotel and it doesn’t really have any nice vibe. We had booked early check in but the room was not ready and they still asked for the full price despite being 30 min late for a 2h early check in. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, and we had to wait in line to get a table one of the days. The location is great, next to the marked and fairly close to the metro. "

Vi besøgte det pulserende Dotonbori og det mere stille og rolige Umeda.
Skøn by der har meget at byde på.
Vi spiste sushi lige ned til floden og med udsigt over byen - skøn oplevelse.

"Vi havde anmodet om et værelse på øverste etage og det fik vi. Værelset er imidlertid så småt, at det er vanskeligt for 2 voksne at passere hinanden. Desuden, ingen mulighed for at åbne vinduet og lukke frisk luft ind. Ingen plads til opbevaring af baggage. Forslag: hæv sengen 50 cm, så kufferter mm vil kunne opbevares under sengen.
Receptionen ydede virkelig god service, når vi spurgte om vej. Fint lobbyområde med mulighed for opladning af telefon/laptop.
Personalet i morgenmads restauranten var så optaget af egen effektivitet, at de virker uimødekommende. Afrydning påbegyndes i virkelig god tid inden buffeten lukker kl 09.30. Så kom i god tid, hvis du ønsker alle buffetens muligheder!"
