I had a really enjoyable stay at S-Presso Namba Parks Street and would definitely recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located base in Osaka.
The biggest highlight is the location. It’s within walking distance of Namba, Shinsekai, and multiple train stations, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city while still being on a relatively quiet street.
The room felt more like a small apartment than a typical hotel, which I really appreciated. It was spacious (especially for Japan), and having a kitchenette and washing machine made the stay much more convenient, particularly for longer trips. The bed was comfortable, and I liked having extra features like a balcony and workspace.
Breakfast was another nice touch. It’s a buffet with both Western and Japanese options, and while it can get a bit repetitive if you stay many days, it’s still a great way to start the morning without needing to go out.
The staff were helpful and responsive, even though the hotel operates with a more self-check-in style. Communication was easy, and they were quick to assist when needed.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with spacious rooms, solid amenities, and an excellent location. If you’re comfortable with a more self-service style stay, it’s a fantastic option in Osaka.
