This was the best hotel that we have been during our trip to Japan. We stayed for only one night, but the service was excellent! As soon as we walked in, there was someone there to greet and welcome us. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Tanaka (Shane) and their “Captain” ( I forgot his name sorry…Ishigawa maybe???) were very helpful and accommodating. Shane helped with translation, and the Captain worked all night and day to make sure that my son’s luggage was found (we shipped out luggages and his did not arrive), and will make it in time for our flight to Haneda (which was the following day).
The rooms were very clean, and the fridge did not have only have water, but there were bottles of juice and tea, and alcoholic drinks (although we do not drink). We had everything we needed! The hotel itself spoke of elegance and luxury. Breakfast was free, and we were also given passes to the lounge, but unfortunately, we did not get the chance to avail any of these services. We will surely be back! We loved and enjoyed our stay in Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport!
