the hotel is very clean and tidy, super close to metro station, but the wifi doesnt work very well, other than that everything was very fine.

It was a good stay at Hotel Abitare Namba West. Pretty close to the Shinawaga station and walkable to the JR Namba and Dontonburi street if you wanted.

Great property, clean and close to everything! Our 'Premium Double Room' was spacious enough for a family of four (kids = 15 &12 yrs). Check-in was easy, and room was well equipped, just missing a toaster if I was being picky. Location was great, 1min walk from Sakuragawa station (there's a shortcut), 10mins to Dotonbori and plentybof local eateries and convenience stores/supermarket nearby. Very safe area, we walked everywhere including at night.

Overall excellent location and facility. Very clean and spacious room for Japan's standards. Having a dining table, kitchen, small fridge, and washing machine is a huge plus for anyone traveling with children. 2-3 min walk to the nearest Osaka Metro Sennichimae Line station and 10 min walk to Namba station for plenty of dinning/shopping options and getting around Osaka. Lawson and 7-11 right around the corner. Dontobori Marathon Man is 15-20 min walk and 30 min walk to Shinbashi-suji area for more shopping/dinning. Easy check-in/check-out and there's a storage room if you want to leave your bags before checking in or after checking-out. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

Everything was great, except the hotel apartment did not provide clean towels each day. We had to wash our own in the room washer. A laundromat was a few block away where we could wash and dry. Our hotel apartment in Ueno did provide clean towels every day, so I don't know why this hotel in Osaka did not.

The hotel is spacious and nearby Sakuragawa station. Supermarket is around 5 mins walk, and the area is pretty safe.

A really nice and quiet hotel in a really great location to all the popular destinations. We were not bothered at all during our stay and online check in was super easy at the computer at entrance.

Traveling with kids, clean room, lots of storage space. Ideal for simple cooking. Clean dry and wet separation, washing clothes in the greenhouse drying is very efficient. The experience is good.

It was super convenient that the shower space and toilet were completely separated. The instructions and rules are clearly stated. Check in was a bit difficult since we were travelling with elderly individuals who couldn’t grasp the online video check in.

In a good area near Dotonbori. It is near a busy street and hospital though so you can often hear loud car exhausts roaring and ambulances coming in so if you're sensitive to noise it may bother you. There is no housekeeping, so be warned. It was nice having this small apartment for a few days though.

가족여행으로 다녀왔습니다. 숙소 깨끗하고 시설도잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 무인 운영이지만 체크인 등 불편한 부분은 거의 없었고 4일간 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 난바역 까지는 도보로 15분 정도 거리여서 약간 멀게 느껴질수 있겠습니다.

Room space is very wide and have a full facilities that I need (wash machine, microwave, hair dyer and etc). Safety place and close to the main area to Dontobori & JR Namba station. Very easy for checking in / out. Nice place to stay here during your trip in Osaka.

The rooms were nice and beds were comfy. Only wish there was a real person to check in with as you have to wait until 4pm to check in thru an iPad. A bit far from the shopping district. A few good yakitori restaurants nearby.

地點佳、設備齊全、乾淨舒適！
地點極佳！鄰近桜川駅、步行至極熱鬧的心齋橋筋大概只要10至15分鐘，附近也有實惠的玉出超市。飯店新穎，房間內的設備齊全，除了有洗衣機，甚至還有浴室烘乾機可用於烘乾衣物。空間稱不上寬敞但絕對夠用，即便住4人仍可攤開行李箱。非常適合家庭、小團體入住，以後來大阪還會再訪！！
