Dette hus er til vennegrupper og familier. Et designerhus, der kan rumme 11 til 12 personer (op til 13 personer). Den bedste placering. Mit hus har 3 soveværelser, en stor stue, 3 toiletter og 2 badeværelser (badeværelse / brusebad), designet til flere mennesker.Et værelse, der ikke deles med andre (ikke-delt) Alle møbler er omhyggeligt udvalgt og alt hvad du har brug for til en tur!
Det er 7 minutters gang fra Noda / Noda Hanshin Station (Hanshin Line / Subway) Den nærmeste station er Noda Station på Hanshin Line og Noda Station i metroen. Kansai International Airport er tilgængelig. Brug bussen fra lufthavnen til Umeda (Osaka Station).Du behøver ikke at bekymre dig om transport, selv på sene flyvninger.Denne bus kører 24 timer i døgnet. Vi venter på kunder ved busstoppestedet (Osaka New Hankyu Hotel indgang) Tog: Brug venligst JR Kansai Rapid Train fra Kansai International Airport.Der er ingen grund til at overføre undervejs.Gå af ved JR Fukushima Station (næste station efter Osaka Station).Jeg henter dig.Eller tag JR Limited Express langt og gå af på Shin-Osaka Station.Jeg henter dig (bilen har 10 sæder).

A rare place in Japan that can accommodate 3 adult couples (3 bedrooms, 3 toilets/wash basins, 2 showers - one with a tub). A good kitchen and a generous supply of tea/coffee, some condiments, etc. A dining room/table that can sit 6 adults comfortably. It was perfect for us (3 adult couples) to spend 3 comfortable nights.What we REALLY appreciated once we started to stay there is the convenient access to several train stations all within 10-15 min walk (which is a normal distance to a nearby station in Japan). Depending on where we went, we could choose different stations/lines all within easy walk. That made our movements so easy. In case someone wants to rent a car in the area (as we did), there’s a Toyota car rental shop near one of the stations (15-min walk). Finally, it was a breeze to catch Shinkansen (one stop to Osaka and from there just another stop to Shin-Osaka). Last but not the least, the host, Akira san, was always responsive to our queries, including simple/silly ones we shouldn’t have bothered him with.

The stay was absolutely phenomenal! Everything was well thought out and clearly explained. The host was very communicative and helpful with anything we needed. The space was super clean and included everything from cooking oil to water to teas and coffee. I would 100% stay here again the next time I come to Osaka. The home was easy to find and very close to a subway station and 24-hr grocery store. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

I traveled with my parents and aunt and there was plenty of room for the four of us in this rental. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the space as well as all of the amenities. There were three bedrooms (with multiple beds in two of them), 3 toilets, 4 sinks and 2 showers. Our host also had slippers, tons of towels and toothbrushes (we didn't need them but nice to know they were available.) In the kitchen there was plastic wrap and foil, plenty of dishes/silverware and mugs/glasses. He also provided 8 bottles of water - so thoughtful. We thought the neighborhood was great. Plenty of school kids and and adults walking around in the morning. There is a delicious bakery 4 blocks away as well as a Starbucks. Seems most other coffee places don't open until 10-11am. The Starbucks opened at 8. There is also a 24 hour grocery store around the corner. This place is about a 10 minute walk to the train station. Would definitely stay here again and I would recommend to my friends and family. Oh one more thing, our host also provides pick-ups/drop offs to the train station. I forgot and didn't set up a ride to the train station with him, but he learned we were going to the station and offered to take us. He was able to drop what he was doing and take the four of us with our 6 bags and 3 backpacks at the last minute...again, soooo thoughtful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very nice spot. We stayed in Shibuya first then Kyoto, and finally Osaka. The places we stayed in got progressively bigger with this being the largest which was nice to come home to after a long day exploring. Also a lot of really good restaurants just down the block in Shoten Mall/Fukushima.

ベッドも洗面所もトイレも複数あって非常に便利だった。リビングやベッドで、エアコンの風が直接当たるところは寒く、エアコンを緩めると部屋全体が暑くなるので、少し調整が難しかったが、それ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。

Checking in description was easy to follow and the host had a welcoming sign for us. We were a family of 4. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms. Great location, close to several stations, restaurants and groceries stores. Communication with host was great throughout out our stay. We had a great time in Osaka!

Great family stay and incredible host

This location was so amazing. First, Takamoto is the best host I have ever had and I've used VRBO dozens of times. He was very communicative before and during out stay. He offered a transportation solution when we got into a tricky situation and needed help. The place is very clean and we loved having 3 toilets and 2 showers for our large group of 8. There is a great little grocery store around the corner, Kohyo, and it is open 24-hours. You can get anything you need. Everything worked well, it was very clean and instructions in English with a helpful guide was key to us being able to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great experience.

Large, clean, comfortable condo

First trip to Japan for 3 adult women. We wanted at least 2 bathrooms and some space to sit together and relax after long days of walking. The condo was great and exceeded our expectations! With 3 bedrooms (several beds in 2 of t3 toilets, 4 bathroom sinks, and 2 showers made the stay so easy and convenient with plenty of privacy. The kitchen was stocked with every convenience, including several liters of cold water waiting for us in the refrigerator. The neighborhood was pleasant with a grocery store, quaint cafes, a beautiful shrine, food alley, and large shopping center all within easy walking distance. The only reason for 4 stars on location was we wished it was easier/faster to get to a station with a high speed train since we did several day trips on the JR (Shinkansen) trains.

Really sweet owner, goes above and beyond to send suggestions

Very spacious apartment with lots of beds, 2 showers and multiple toilets. Large family room and kitchen. Only small challenge is that largest beds are full size so it's a bit tight for couples. Owner sweetly offered us a ride to the train station at the end. The entrance for the apartment is not intuitive as the keypad is covered. Google maps took us to the right place. There was a van in the driveway and some letters on the building Sal-wish....in case that helps others find it

Wonderful home conveniently located

This is a great place to stay in Osaka. It is close to a couple of train lines, so it's easy to get around. The home is updated and clean. There is plenty of room, and there are many grocery stores and shops nearby.

Very nice place!

The property is very conveniently located one block from a large grocery store and one block from many small quaint restaurants. It is also located less than 10 minutes from the Metro. One of our party has mobility issues and our second floor flat was accessible by an elevator. The apartment was very spacious with separate bathrooms and sink basins for each of the three of us. There are two separate showers as well. There were many amenities available when we checked in like bottled water and coffee and tea and lots of condiments. The host was very communicative and anticipated our need for an extra blanket on an evening that was a little bit colder than normal!We were offered a complimentary ride to the train station on our day of departure which was a very nice added touch.. The apartments and the host and the location are 5*'s and I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is visiting the Osaka.

We had a lovely time at this comfortable and spacious accommodation. It was in a convenient location and we frequented the grocery nearby. We did have some difficulty getting into the property initially. The information was provided but in separate images so it required accessing multiple documents. It would be helpful to receive one email with all information in one place. Once we got into the property though it was plenty of space for our family or 5.

We could not have had a better experience with this booking. The hosts were so friendly and the apartment was ideal for our family of 5. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. I would highly recommend this property.

What a Fantastic Property

We really enjoyed our 4 nights that we stayed at this property in Osaka. The place was an easy walk to two train stations that allowed you to easily get anywhere in the city. Having 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 showers was a luxury that we didn't experience in any other property we stayed at while on our trip to Japan. The owners were very friendly and picked us up from Shin-Osaka at the start of the stay and dropped us off again at Shin-Osaka at the end of the stay. Very impressed with this rental and we will rent this place again the next time we are back in Osaka.

Above and beyond

Our hosts Akira & Meigumi picked us up and drove us back to the train station. They replied promptly to our inquiries and kept in constant contact with us. The accommodations were spotless, well stocked and within walking distance to the train stations and grocery stores. Hostel Familia is a lovely place to stay while exploring Osaka.

Nice place

Very spacious and very clean. 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets makes this a pretty rare find in Japan. Convenient to grocery store, convenience store and about a 7 min walk to a Starbucks. Nearest train station is about a 9 min walk through quiet neighborhood. Temperature in late March dipped down to single digit temperatures overnight so owner provided extra blankets and instructions on turning to heat source from A/C. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Outstanding Stay in Osaka

Just my son and I in town for the Koshien HS baseball tournament and we had a great time. The host was fantastic. We were picked up and dropped off at the Osaka train station. Home is located near most everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend!

Excellent winter visit!

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Hostel Familia. So nice to have 3 bedrooms with my husband and I and our two adult children. Everyone has their own space and privacy. We also so appreciated the extra support from our hosts in terms of pickup/drop off at the train station upon arrival. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend

This was a fantastic place to stay. Short walk to the various train stations, the supermarket and alleys full of little places to eat. The check in process was very easy and the host made us feel very welcome and gave us tips on where to eat. We were a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for us all. Multiple toilets and showers. If coming back to Osaka I would stay here again.

Awesome place

It was a 2nd floor place with the option of an elevator or stairs. 2 rooms had 3 twin beds and 3rd room had a double bed. The toilets were separate which we loved. My grand-daughter loved the tub which was oversized compared to a US Standard tub. The living room and dining rooms were spacious. It was a 5 minute or 15 minute walk to train station depending on which station you went to. The 7/11 was a few blocks away. It was awesome. We loved it.
