Enjoy the amenities, including a boat slip, fire pits, and a swim dock. This condo is situated on the 19 mile marker, just minutes from the lakes most popular bars, restaurants, and the Bagnell Dam Strip.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The fully equipped kitchen offers a bright and inviting space to gather and enjoy meals together. Featuring all stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, a K cup and drip coffee maker, and a breakfast bar with stylish seating for four. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a sleek wooden table with seating for six.

Living Room
The living room features vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams, adding a warm, rustic touch to the modern design. Natural light floods the space through the floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning lake views. There is a leather couch, chair with ottoman, flat screen TV, and sliding doors that lead to the waterfront balcony.

Master Suite
The master suite features a king-sized bed, nightstands, a flat screen TV, and sliding doors that open to the balcony. There is an attached bathroom with a double vanity sink, stand up shower, and a Jacuzzi style bathtub.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, nightstands, flat screen TV, and sliding doors that open to the balcony.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is a loft-style bedroom that features four twin-sized beds, and a flat screen TV.

Outside
Outside on the spacious balcony you will find two lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing under the string lights, and a table with enough seating for the whole group.

Neighborhood Description
This home is in a prime location by land or water in the heart of Osage Beach. Located minutes from the lakes most popular bars and restaurants, 10 minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip and just steps from the upcoming new Oasis at Lakeport.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
