The apartment offers 2 terraces to relax under the warm Dolomites sun.



The modern kitchenette is equipped with all you need for the perfect vacation in Val Gardena, like for example cooking plates, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining table, cutlery, dishes and kitchen utensils.



Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor, reachable by stairs only.



Wi-Fi, towels and linen are provided for free use.

House Rumanon offers 3 modern apartments of a particular elegance, set only 10 minutes’ walk from the town center of Ortisei away. This recently renovated property boasts particularly spacious and high-quality interiors. In Winter the position is ideal, as the skibus (beside the common busses), stops a couple of meters from the house away, and leads you for free to the Dolomiti Superski cableways of Seceda (using the free tickets provided at the check-in). The busses drive by in a frequency of aprox. one every 10-20 minutes.In Summer the location boasts the closeness to the bus stop and to the town center (10 minutes’ walk – aprox. 600 m), with the famous Luis Trenker walking path and the cableways.You will find a bakery with basic groceries a couple of meters from the house away and the next greengrocer and restaurant 100 meters away – the rest of the shops and services of Ortisei, can be found in its town center.The apartments Rumanon do also offer free Wi-Fi, ski deposit with ski boot heater, outdoor parking, washing machine, dryer, towels and linen for free use.Pets NOT allowed.Apartments Rumanon are the ideal solution for your mountain holidays in the Dolomites of Val Gardena!

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
