This cozy studio is furnished in traditional Tyrolean style, designed to offer you a relaxing and comfortable holiday in the heart of the Dolomites.
Though it's a studio, the living and sleeping areas are partially separated by a partition. The sleeping area features a double bed and a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, and shower. In the living area, you’ll find a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and direct access to the furnished panoramic terrace.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for your holiday in Val Gardena: dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery.
The south-facing terrace is the real highlight of this apartment, offering stunning views over Ortisei and the surrounding Dolomites. Furnished for outdoor dining and sunbathing, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the alpine scenery.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible via a short ramp from the parking area.

Set just above the town center, these apartments enjoy a sunny and panoramic location only 50 meters from the escalator "La Curta", taking you directly to both the town center and the Seceda cable car – a perfect base for every kind of holiday in the Dolomites.
Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all within a short walk (approx. 200 meters), as well as the nearest bus stop in the iconic Sant’Antonio Square.
In winter, this is a dream location for ski lovers! Only 50 meters away, the La Curta escalator effortlessly brings you to the Seceda cable car, connecting you to the legendary Sellaronda within the Dolomiti Superski area. Non-skiers can also use La Curta to reach the Rasciesa funicular and its popular sledding slope. No need for a car – ski in and ski out on foot!
Thanks to its sunny panoramic setting, Casa Walter is the ideal spot to explore the magical Dolomites. The Luis Trenker walking and cycling path runs just below the house, letting you discover the entire valley and its stunning landscapes.
During the summer, the La Curta escalator takes you not only to the historic town center at Sant’Antonio Square, but also to the Seceda and Rasciesa lifts. Right next to the Seceda cable car lies the lovely Val d’Anna trail – a gentle walk perfect for families, featuring lots of fun and activities for all ages.
Families with children will love the nearby playground with Dolomite views – less than 200 meters from the house! And for even more adventure, the Col de Flam Adventure Park – easily reached via La Curta and next to the Seceda lift – guarantees fun for both kids and adults!

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
Important: We are partnered with SWIKLY – the leading vacation rental deposit provider. Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!

Excellent location with beautiful views overlooking the village plus mountain views! Very comfortable room and also enjoyed the patio area out front. Highly recommend!
