I arrived quite late (11pm) and one reason for choosing the Welcomotel was that it has a person on the reception desk 24 hours a day, rather than an automated self check-in system after a certain time, which doesn’t always work well. (After 11pm they close the car park barrier so you would need to buzz through to reception on the intercom for access - not really a problem). There was plenty of parking and the...

"Horrible stay, we booked a room for 2 adults and a kid age 12. When we got to the hotel after the rudeness of the night clerk we finally got to our room.We were shocked that the room had a queen bed and as a third bed a matress on the floor. We complained the next day and we were told that it is what it is and actually we should be happy because they don t have rooms for 3. So why do you take reservation for 3 than."
