"Staff were very nice. Jorge on the omelette station was amazing. Loved the music he played. Upbeat while also totally appropriate. Thank you! We enjoyed our visit with our kids at your facility! Thank you housekeeping for making our beds daily. That was so sweet and the gesture was much appreciated after coming back to the room after a day of venturing onto your beautiful island. Thank you "

"The staff is super excellent. The hotel is new and clean. They need a few things in the rooms, such as a full-size mirror, a computer desk for some of us who work in the rooms, and an ironing board.
You need to eat at the hotel's restaurant, lunch and dinner only. The mofongo is awesome, and the pastries are 5 stars! I highly recommend the cheesecake."

"The gate to the beach was locked in the late evening and wasn't opened until in the morning. We'd been hoping for a stroll along the beach after dinner, but that wasn't to be.
The pools were off limits during that time aswel. When the pool finally opened in the morning, they started cleaning the pool and garden with noisy machines. Maybe our timing was just unlucky.
The people working at the reception and breakfast buffet were polite and helpful.

Der var rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var okay, men ikke fantastisk udvalg.
Poolen var fin, men der stod en generator lige på den anden side af et hegn og den larmede helt vildt.

"Everything was awesome! Good rate and clean. When I arrived, the room that I was in had a broken air conditioner so they came in, assessed problem, and switched us to another room immediately. Very professional. Ana was very sweet and helpful. :) "
