"This hotel is badly in need of maintenance and perhaps new management. The stairway carpets looked as though they had not been cleaned for weeks and must have been over 10 years old. Breakfast was in a room by the lobby and did not vary for the almost 4 weeks we were there. The room was not well attended during breakfast hours and we often had to ask them to refill the coffee machine. The outdoor pool was closed. "When I booked my package the hotel in the picture showed a pool connected to my suite, I called hotel after and their was no pool connected. Hotel also had signs everywhere saying they had a gift shop they did not. The hotel (which was a suite!!!) did not have a microwave, bathtub or movie channels (called front desk and they said they did not have it). Their were no booklets where to go to eat, I called the kitchen one time could not get food because the burners were out. Food very expensive...

"The room was clean with all the expected amenities. The bed was very comfortable, the A/C worked great. I love the onsite cafe. The pool looked inviting and the deck was clean with nice lounge chairs. Breakfast was very good - scrambled eggs, link sausages, potatoes and make your own waffles. Only one suggestion : This is Tucson, AZ! Please provide salsa as an option for scrambled eggs. I would LOVE a side of green chile, (I’m from NM) but I’m sure that’s asking too much. 😎👍"

"Nice room, we had a three night stay, in a two room suite, quite. Be aware in this suite bedroom, AC is literally inches from right had side of bed so if on, it blows right on bed. Breakfast included with stay, just wish these people would cook eggs instead of serving egg mush."

"We stayed in a casita and loved the layout and that we had our own patio looking into a hedgerow full of songbirds. We also like it was away from the busy road out front. Their breakfast and coffee were better than what are offered by other chains these days."
