You will have access to the entire space yourself, with the exception of the foyer which is shared with the other unit.

We prefer to give guests their space and are available through the app.

Many of the facilities are privately managed by Carriage Country Club. Sometimes there may be issues that arise outside of our control. Please be forgiving if any issues should arise outside of the unit during your stay and please bring it to our attention.

Please note that the A/C units in the building are triggered when certain temperatures are reached, so they may not operate like a standard air conditioner.

Parking
There is visitor parking available. There are spots to the right of the building where the unit is located, as well as by the Recreation Centre.

Partying is strictly prohibited. Any complaints made by other neighbors regarding partying, excessive noise or loud music will be subjected up to a $500 surcharge and may be asked to leave without refund.

Pets are $50 per pet, per stay, max 2 pets.

Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.

Please remember that you're staying in a resort style area. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please be aware that our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival.

Please also note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4.5 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Deposits may be required.
1. All guests must be disclosed.
2. No parties or events.
3. Do not make excessive noise or listen to loud music.
4. Please do not re-arrange the furniture.
5. Early Check in/Late Check out is available at $20.00/hr.
6. Guests agree to pay for damages exceeding deposit.
7. You have read the listing and understand everything we provide and don't provide.
8. Any lost or forgotten key will result in a $50 charge.
