Comfortable with Great Views
This stay was fantastic! The condo was spacious and beautiful and was furnished with everything we could have needed. The views were spectacular. Easy beach access and my boys loved the pool. The restaurants close by were also really good. The building was secure and parking was easy. Our host was communicative and very responsive when I contacted him. We would definitely book again!

Beach Condo
We have stayed in this condo four times already. It’s very clean and has everything you need. The views of the ocean are gorgeous and sunsets over the intracostal are spectacular.

Great family Spring Break
We had a great week on Orm9nd Beach. Enjoyed the condo right on the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked and there was a nice supply of bath and beach towels to use. It was nice to be able to leave oir beach supplies on the ground floor by the car. Facility was very secure. Enjoyed swimming at the pool when the beach was too windy and also enjoyed playing shuffleboard. When we had an issue with the internet the owner was very helpful and quick to take action. The top floor clubhouse was also nice to use on occasion to get together with our larger group.

Quiet and Beautiful Paradise
We stay at units all over the area because my family still lives there where I grew up. This is, by far, my favorite so far!!! Great view from the condo. Easy check-in. Fabulous location. Absolutely spotless. All of the beds were so comfortable. The unit has everything you need for the kitchen, sleeping, beach activities, etc. Secure building with key fobs and parking garage. We will absolutely stay here again!!!!

Nice place
Very nice place to rest and relax. Away from the busyness of Daytona beach area. Was looking for a recliner because that was in the pictures, but didn’t have one. Was disappointed in that as I have back and leg problems. Water was turned off one day from 8:30 until 2:30, but wasn’t a big deal to us. They gave us plenty notice before they did it. The view was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed that for sure. Had everything we needed provided. Nice week for us.

Perfect location at Ormond Beach
We had a wonderful family vacation and this condo was all that we hoped it would be. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for me to make dinners for my family. The balcony was perfect for sunrise and sunset coffees and a great place to relax and even take a nap. The condo was clean and the furnishings comfortable especially the master bed. The water pressure and shower head in the master bathroom was excellent. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Fantastic View from bedrooms and main living area.
Loved this condo. Very comfortable. Loved the fact that there are full size beds in the guest room and not the standard twins and a big sectional you can stretch out on in the living area. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We loved being able to see the Sunrise, Sunset , the river and the ocean!! Loved the very large pool! Our only disappointment was the gas grill down by the pool. It was dirty and the grill cleaning tool available was ready for the trash. Luckily the owner has a wonderful grill pan we could use in the kitchen and there was a very nice blender that worked great for our frozen drinks. We are already planning another stay!!!

The Ormandy in Ormond Beach
We have stayed at the same condo at least three times. It has everything you need. The pool is heated and everything is kept up. We love listening to the ocean.

Ormond Beach Condo
This was a nice condo and we had a good time. The weather turned cold during our visit and we were not able to turn the heat on. We got and alarm bell every time we tried. They don't want you to turn the air conditioner lower than 75 degrees and it got warm at night. We did have a ceiling fan but could not open the windows in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Wonderful Beachfront condo
We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was a nice size, very clean, kitchen is nicely stocked and the outside area balcony was lovely! We really enjoyed watching the surfers. Location is perfect and so close to all sorts of dining possibilities. Daytona beach is a ten minute drive. Owners were very responsive to a couple of minor issues we had with the garage remote.

Beautiful Condo!
Everything was just like the pictures! Communication with Joe was great, check in process seamless, and key fobs and door codes worked great! Very quiet stretch of beach, felt like a private beach at times! Hope to return!

Beautiful condo
My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in March 2022. We enjoyed our first visit to Ormond beach. The beach was clean and easy to walk on. We really enjoyed the heated pool but it was hard to find a lounger as there were only six. The condo itself had everything we needed. We found the master bed very comfortable. We appreciated the high end bedding and towels. The condo was clean and comfortable except some of the large area rugs could use a cleaning. We definitely would recommend this condo to others. Jim the owner was easy to reach with any questions we had.

Great view and location
Jim was excellent to work with. He communicated well. The condo is tired and needing updated. The bed needs replacing. There were no wash clothes. Neighbors must be smokers because hallway outside the condo as well as both bathrooms smelled like cigarette smoke numerous times daily throughout our stay. While it was a great location with a good view, there was much about the condo and building that were “tired”. Disappointed that the pool was closed 3 days for maintenance. I’m sure our host didn’t have control over that but wished it could have been communicated prior to our stay.

Hi Joe, I am sorry your stay wasn't to your satisfaction. The condo was completely renovated with all new furniture(including mattresses) and appliances 5 years ago. We recognize that not everyone has the same taste in décor and design. Smoking is not permitted any where in the building, it is unfortunate that someone was not adhering to those rules. The condo itself has gone under renos as well. New elevators in 2020, halls painted and new carpeting on each floor this year. I wasn't aware you could not find the wash clothes in the linen closet. If staying in the future please reach out to me and I can assists in helping to locate items. My wife and I are always looking for feedback and ensuring all of the comforts from home are available. With regards to the maintenance of the pool, unfortunately that was unforeseen, the condo is good at communicating ahead when work is planned. Regards Jim

The condo was very nice and had a fantastic view of the beach. The weather did not cooperate as much as we wanted, but still able to go and explore. The only issue I had was no wash clothes were to be found, luckily we brought our own. We found some nice restaurants, but liked to stay in mostly. Nice condo and owner was very helpful upon arrival.

Loved the fact that we felt secure on the property. Everyone we ran into were very friendly. We stayed here for a week. The condo was very spacious and accommodating! Perfect Place to Get Away

Very Nice but needs some TLC
Nice condo in a very good building - condo itself needs a little attention - some cleanliness and minor repair issues. Furniture was very old style - not a beach feel. Cleaning crew ran late, so some areas overlooked.

Third time staying here.
This is a nice roomy two bedroom with beautiful views of the ocean with large balcony. Lots of kitchen utensil, cups, and dishes. Pool is great and underground parking a plus. Owner is quick to respond to questions.

High altitude getaway!
We enjoyed the stay, although Mother Nature could have made it a little bit warmer! The views from the ninth floor balcony were great. The kitchen and appliances were top notch and we cooked-in most of the time due to the virus. We used the outside grill which was clean and efficient. The top floor “club room” is a great place to spend happy hour. Fantastic views in all directions. The pool area was nice with a heater that warmed the water on even the cool days. We felt safe and the other tenants were all friendly. The best part was the shower head in the hall bathroom. Overall it was a fun couple of weeks. Mark R.
