Complete with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, 2 spacious decks for relaxing and grillingh This home has all the bells and whistles and is set up for the perfect family vacation. Association path to Nauset Beach, located only steps from the deck. Step back in time to the 1950's and still enjoy all the comforts of today in this exceptional Beach House. Nauset Heights at its best. There is a mini-split A/C unit in the main living area.there is a mini-split A/C unit in the main living area and a well stocked kitchen. Large dining room table with peeks of the Atlantic ocean. First floor bedroom 1 has a king size bed and window ac unit. Bedroom 2 on the first floor has a queen bed and window AC. Two bedrooms on the 2nd floor each have window A/C units. Bedroom 3 has a queen and a slider to deck with ocean views. Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with four twins and a full size futon. Bedroom 5 on the lower level has a queen bed and the game room has 2 sets of bunk beds for overflow sleeping. A second fridge in the lower level holds extra supplies. No AC in the basement level but area remains cool.
