"My sister is handicapped and we were traveling together. They promised an accessible room; when we arrived they had given the room to someone else. They only have two and the other one was “out of order”. Then they attempted to charge me again for the not handicapped room. Thankfully, I had my Expedia receipt. Then they wanted my credit card so they could charge me for “incidentals”, but no. They don’t have any foot or drink in the room. The sink faucet leaked on cold. The coffee pot was dirty...

"It was gross honestly would not ever stay here. Stains on the comforter something was spilled on the dresser and not cleaned. Bathroom door didn’t close. Walls had big cracks and damage "
