Windsor Hills is a good central gated community to stay.With so many amenities for families.

It was a nice house.But it is beginning to look a little tired and needs a little work done. It could also do with a guest book explaining about the house and Windsor Hills.

The house was very nice, It was very spacious and the kids really enjoyed the game room and the pool.

Needs an update!

The location and layout of the house is great! However, it is misleading in its description… There were only 2 king beds not 3. We had 3 couples and had planned on each getting a king. The ‘game room’ is a carpeted garage. Pool table unlevel and cues without tips. Air hockey didn’t work. A broken chair from the kitchen leaned against the wall. It is more of a storage room and not really useable. The grandkids were disappointed. The pool area was very untidy. Weeds and grass were growing up between the bricks. There was a broken chaise laying in the grass outside of the screened lanai. The sliding door leading to the pool was very difficult to open and the track was filthy. The linens on the beds are in dire need of replacement! Two twin beds had shredded bottom sheets in the corners. No top sheets. One king size bed had a Queen top sheet so it was as if the bed was short sheeted. Comforter on the master bed had a shredded corner. Upon check in the pillow cases were all dirty…stained, make up smears, crusty bits on another. Fortunately we had brought laundry detergent and washed them all before bedtime. We received just a couple of towels for 11 people. No wash cloths. No kitchen towels. Again, fortunately we had brought beach towels and extra wash cloths. The leg on the couch in the TV room broke as soon as someone sat on it. To resolve issues upon check in, I texted the manager and the very next day the couch was fixed and there were 3 large bags of new towels and 2 sets of twin sheets waiting for us at the front door, which was great, however we had to wash them before using after a long day at Magic Kingdom. We did however appreciate the promptness of resolution. Baseboards, doors, cabinets need to be cleaned. I realize there is a short turn around, but they are dirty! The dining table is set very nicely, but table and dishes are very dusty. The cabinet over the stove had a layer of thick orange grease that was quite visible. We had brought Clorox wipes and cleaned it. We did not expect perfection by any means, but several of these issues had been mentioned in a review a couple of days before we left and I called concerned and was reassured they would be taken care of. It was very disappointing that it was not. Our family was looking forward to staying together in a very nice VRBO, but you need to up your game on this one if you want to represent yourself as you describe. It could easily be 5 stars!

Dirty

We paid an extra $35 per day to have the pool and spa heated. They both didn't get turned on until 2 days after the payment was made. The spa never got warmer than a lukewarm bath. There was an outlet cover missing in the room that my 3 year old daughter was sleeping in, hair left in the bathtub and showers of every bathroom, the carpet and rugs were dirty, there was coffee left in the coffee pot, hair left in the beds of both king master suites as well as brown crusty stuff on one of the pillows, so obviously the sheets were not changed, there was a half eaten cookie behind the nightstand of the downstairs bedroom, and the wheel of the bed was broken. When I called to report these things, the only thing done about them was a new pack of king sheets left by the front door for us to change ourselves. I have photos to prove all of these things. This was a complete waste of money and unacceptable.
