This home has an updated the living area by adding a 65-inch 4K Internet connected TV with Roku, Netflix, Apple TV, and so much more. (Bring your password). New comfortable leather seating to relax while you enjoy the wall art, and wine refrigerator. This townhome is a larger end unit with extra windows that allow lots of natural light to the dining area and kitchen.
The kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances with quartz countertops, plenty of outlets, and undercabinet lighting. A fully equipped kitchen is ready for your to be used for your mealtime needs. The cabinets hold everything you need from pots, pans, slow cooker, utensils, flatware, stoneware, for the creative cook!
There are three large padded comfortable stools at the counter. (Some small stools in other units can be very uncomfortable —— (you know what I mean)
The bright and airy expandable dining area can accommodate six comfortably.

All of the mattresses in the bedrooms are top quality very comfy.
The first-floor queen bedroom has its own bath with glass shower. Great for grandparents or a couple to enjoy.
On the upper level a linen closet and washer dryer are neatly enclosed in the hallway. The spacious master suite will be your oasis with a king bed, a wall-mounted flat screen tv, walk in closet, and a private 18-foot balcony overlooking the pond, a beautiful view. The en-suite bathroom is spacious with twin sinks, counter to ceiling mirror, and glass shower.

The third bedroom is Disney themed with two FULL- SIZE beds, a desk for study time or work with a lovely a window seat. Did you bring small children? No problem, there is a pack and play, highchair, and Mickey stroller stored in the walk-in closet. The bathroom has a tub/shower and single sink.

After a long day of walking the parks it’s time to cool off in your private splash pool with built-in seating bench. The entire lanai patio is screened, has a table and chair for dining outside, and is south facing. (Pool heat optional)
A pool security fence is provided for families with small children.

The home includes resort style amenities!
You will have electronic key access to the clubhouse with a heated swimming pool, hot tub, gym, arcade game room and children’s play area.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

What to Expect Before Check-in

Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.

You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.

For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.

Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.

Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

Important House Rules

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.

Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional)

Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.

Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).

Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.

We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
