📝Other things to note:
• Pool heat is recommended from November through April. Pool Heat is $40 per day plus tax and must be order for the entire stay. Please let us know a few days before your reservation. It takes hours to heat the pool and we will schedule it before your arrival.

• Please note that Windsor Island`s registration system requires an ePass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

• Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

• Please note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

• Please note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking is not allowed inside.

• Parties and events are prohibited.

• 3 cars maximum

• Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.

• Refund Policy: No payment is required 30 days before check in. Cancellation policy applies within 30 days before arrival.

We have a security camera/recording device in the front door monitoring only the front door and driveway for your safety.

Optional Pool Heat $40 per day plus tax and it is recommended from November through April.

NO SMOKING or any other smoking-like-activities in the house.
$1000 fine for smoking plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.
