Fint hotel til prisen
Vi var kun på hotellet i en nat, som en del af en længere rejse. Dette hotel overraskede dog alligevel en smule, da det viste sig at være mere rent, end andre i samme prisklasse. Vi kan sagtens bo der igen, men kun for en nat.

Pænt rent og glimrende beliggenhed. Ikke et sted jeg vil anbefale til et romantisk ophold hvor man er meget på værelset, men fint til at sove i når man skal være mest uden for.

Centralt, men værelset lugtede fælt af noget der mindede om utøjsgift og alle vores ting kom til at lugte af det. Morgenmaden er ok, men der mangler spisepladser.

Felt like it was in a bit of the seedy part of the town. Price was right, for sure a lot cleaner than i thought it was going to be. Super cold ac and comfortable beds. Just the right amount of accessories needed to cleanup and be comfy. Hope my truck is not damaged when i wake up.

My wife and I arrived at 10:00 PM. There were so many vagrants loitering in the parking lot that we drove away even though we prepaid for a room. The $20. pet fee had been attractive; for safety we drove to Clermont where we paid a $75. pet fee and slept soundly.

The individuals you observed were most likely the lawn care company employees, who store their equipment and vehicles at the rear of the adjacent strip mall where they have an office, or construction crews who are our guests while working on projects in the area. Their presence late afternoon into the evening time is typical as they return from their day's work.We ensure all guest vehicles are registered at check-in to maintain security and comfort for everyone staying with us. Our layout, requiring passage by the front office for access, further enhances this security measure.We take the security and comfort of our guests very seriously, employing measures like registering all guest vehicles at check-in. It's unfortunate you felt uncomfortable, leading to your decision not to check in, especially given the misconceptions about the people in the parking lot.While we respect your decision, we stand by the safety and security of our property. Should you reconsider, we're here to offer the comfortable and value-driven experience we're known for.

The evening check-in lady, Fannie was absolutely fabulous!!! 5* WELL WORTH the salary she SHOULD BE RECEIVING. Keep in mind, I’ve never met her in my life until check-in and she just blew me away!! “Well worth the price of admission” as they say. The most egregious aspect I discovered, is this motel won’t clean your room once unless staying 3 days!!!

This is a decent hotel for the price. It’s a typical budget hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. The room was quiet for the most part and on the surface it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had standard amenities. However, if you are looking for anything above and beyond, this isn’t for you. The comforter/top blanket on one of the beds had crumbs on it, long black hairs, and multiple stains (at least 2 that were very likely blood. They looked like they had not been washed. Since this was not a blanket I was going to use for sleeping, I just threw it on the floor. The bathroom had stains/spots that hadn’t been cleaned both on wall behind the toilet and on wall in front of toilet. The shower/tub had a lot of mildew around the nonslip pads. There was a pill left on floor from a previous guest. This would have potentially deadly if a child or pet had found it. The floors were clean if you looked at them but walking around without socks made you realize they hadn’t been mopped. Again, we did not expect 5 star accommodations at quality inn, but we didn’t pay $100 a night either. This wasn’t a cheap hotel. I would stay there again bc the beds were comfy and it was quiet. But I think the cleanliness could be kicked up a notch.

This is not up to our standard, and we are addressing this oversight immediately to ensure it does not happen again.Regarding the bathroom, the marks around the non-slip strips in the bathtub are actually adhesive flakes that can separate from the strips after cleaning. We understand this can be concerning, and our team is currently investigating and looking for a solution to prevent this issue in the future.We also want to clarify that our floors are mopped between guests and during all housekeeping services. However, your feedback indicates that there may have been a lapse in our cleaning process during your stay. This is being taken very seriously, and we are implementing measures to ensure our cleaning protocols are rigorously followed to prevent such incidents.Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we are deeply concerned about the pill you found on the floor. This is a serious issue, and we are reviewing our cleaning procedures to ensure a more thorough inspection of our rooms.While we're glad to hear you would consider staying with us again due to the comfort and quietness of our accommodations, we understand that there is room for improvement in our cleanliness standards. Very nice.
Overall excellent. Missed the pancakes in the morning, which were out of order on the first night. Even though it was on the second morning it still did not make pancakes.

Bed was comfortable. Sheets were of cotton/polyester blend providing poor quality of sleep. Bright colors of bedspread, drapes, walls (dark green and blue) were harsh and unpleasant to look at——stark—- not providing a tranquil, calming, clean, and welcoming feeling making the room appear shabby, unkept, and outdated. There was a large spot at the end of the bedspread. Liked that I could open a window and the air conditioner worked well. The man who checked me in was dull and had a matter-of-fact dry and inexpressive demeanor. I did not enjoy my stay.

Please note, the closure of the pool has been listed on Expedia since the end of September 2023 due to ongoing upgrades. Additionally, we have placed a sign in our front office at check-in to inform our guests about this.We understand how much enjoyment a pool can add to a stay, especially for children, and we regret that this was not available for your daughter.
