This luxurious custom built home features many upgrades. The house boasts a great floor plan with 7 master bedrooms which are all en-suite. The entrance of the home is grand with mosaic tiles, large pillars and volume ceilings. The master bathroom boasts a walkthrough shower with beautiful tiles, upgraded cabinets and tray ceilings. The large kitchen boasts upgraded maple cabinets with granite countertops and built in appliances. Separate from the 7 bedrooms, the house also has its own games and cinema room. The view from the upstairs balcony is fantastic and you can see the Disney fireworks. The home has a large deck, a 40ft salt water pool with a Jacuzzi and water fountain.

Please note:
This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking for an additional $35 per night (ask for details)
* Extras such as BBQ hire, welcome packs etc. can be added for an additional fee. Please ask for details.

*Maximum legal occupancy is 16 people. Additional 2 guests are allowed, however, note that there are only beds for 14 in the home (additional costs apply for the 2 extra guests).
