The kids and family will have plenty space to have fun: With a beautiful view in the outdoor Heated Pool, the Game Room and great Theme Rooms for kids. If more space is needed to hang out, there is an additional TV Room upstairs!

Bella Vida Resort is prestigious collection of Single Family Homes just 12 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World! It features a Resort Clubhouse filled with amenities for active families that include children's playgrounds as well as a resort-style swimming pool. The Clubhouse features also a fitness center where you can stop by to start an active day!

POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool & Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $50 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay). ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same.
Important message:
We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties.

BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning)

PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space is in front of the home. ​​​​​​​IMPORTANT: Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. Also, do not park, block, or step on the sidewalk or any grassy areas under any circumstances. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.

SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.
FORGOTTEN ITEMS: Regarding any items left behind or packages delivered after your departure, please contact us within three days to inquire whether our cleaning staff found them. If located, you will have three days to provide a prepaid UPS shipping label (and a box or envelope, depending on the size of the item) via email so we can return your belongings. Please be aware that there will be a $30 handling fee. This fee is charged by the property management company to cover the cost of taking the package to a courier office.
Please note that if we do not receive the prepaid shipping label within the specified timeframe, the items will be discarded.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Guest Interaction
Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Columbia Vacation Homes does not have a 24-hour staff. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.
If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, you will be good! The door is controlled with an electronic code.

At Bellavida Resort, you will have year-round access to a great variety of amenities for free when renting our Home!

Other Things to Note

· Columbia Management provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.

· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
