The space
Centrally located, privately owned spacious family villa with accommodation arranged over 2 floors (2574 sqft) of luxurious fully air conditioned living space with high speed wireless internet throughout. Our home can accommodate up to 12 adults/children, ideal for 2 or more families. We have a beautiful, open family/kitchen area that leads onto a large pool deck with seating. Our kitchen/dining area has a dining table for 8 with 3 dining stools at the breakfast bar. Located in the kitchen, you will find the refrigerator/ice & water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee maker, crock pot, etc. There are smart TV’s located in family/living room, every bedroom, the loft, and garage. Each TV is set up for streaming. You will find the “man’s cave” located in the garage- situated with a pool table, mini fridge and lounge area. The loft upstairs offers arcade style games, skee ball and toys for ages 4+ (there are toys downstairs within the TV entertainment center for baby and toddlers- ages 6 months and up). Walk outside to our large pool deck and you will find table the pool + spa, outdoor dining area (under covered porch), sun loungers, etc. The swimming pool and separate spa can be heated for extra charge (CANNOT HEAT SPA WITHOUT HEATING POOL AS WELL).

No rear neighbors- the backyard is adjacent to a highway, offering a bit more privacy. Occasional road noise can be heard, especially during peak hours.

Pool Heater Information & Disclaimer​: Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $35 per day (plus tax) and requires a minimum of three consecutive days. Please note that the pool heater is available, it may require 24–48 hours to reach optimal temperature. While we strive to maintain a comfortable swimming environment, the heater’s performance may be affected by outdoor temperatures, weather conditions, or equipment limitations. Heater functionality is not guaranteed. Refunds will only be issued for pool heating issues beyond our control, No further compensation will be issued.

Online Purchases: If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases.

You will NOT have access to the resort amenities; you do have access to the clubhouse restaurant and arcade.
