This location offers excellent access without needing to rely solely on public transit:

Car Recommended: Most guests rent a car for maximum flexibility. The property provides free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. Major highways (I-4 & US 192) are nearby for easy drives to attractions.
To Walt Disney World: Just 10–15 minutes by car.
Orlando International Airport (MCO): Approximately 35–45 minutes. Private shuttles, taxis, Uber/Lyft, or services like Mears Connect are readily available.
Local Options: Limited public bus service (e.g., Lynx routes) connects to area shopping and some attractions, but a car or rideshare is easiest for theme parks. Taxi and rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are abundant in the area.
Car Rentals: Available at the airport or nearby locations in Kissimmee/Davenport.

Pro Tip: Renting a car gives you the freedom to explore Posner Park shops/restaurants, golf at Highlands Reserve, and visit all major Orlando attractions stress-free.
Your home base at Regal Palms puts everything conveniently within reach!

Check-in Process: All guests must check in at the Regal Palms Clubhouse before proceeding to the property. The booking party must present ID and credit card for a mandatory $100 incidentals hold placed by the resort (RMG Properties has no control over this hold).

Maximum Occupancy: Strictly 10 guests total (overnight + daytime). Exceeding this may result in immediate cancellation per resort policy—no exceptions.

Pet Policy: This is a canine-friendly home ($75 fee, max 2 dogs under 30 lbs). 2 dogs is the max allowed under the resort policy — no exceptions. All animals must be pre-approved, kenneled when unattended, kept off furniture, leashed outdoors, and waste picked up. Additional $100 deep cleaning fee for pet hair/yard waste. Any violations may lead to immediate cancellation.

Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the home. Violations incur a $350 odor treatment fee if needed.

Parking: Free onsite driveway for up to 3 vehicles. No trailers, boats, or other oversized vehicles are allowed per resort policy - no exceptions. Overflow & RV is parking available at the clubhouse for $10+/night if needed. This is a policy enforced and paid for via Regal Palms Resort and has no association with RMG Properties.

Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Resort amenities close during these hours.

Check-in / Check-out: 4:00 PM check-in | 10:00 AM check-out. Late check-out fees apply ($100 after 10 AM; full night charge after 12 PM).

Trash: Place bin behind the unit for daily for pickup (7 days/week).

Cancellation Policy: Full refund up to 30 days prior (after 24h window). 50% refund 7–30 days prior. No refund within 7 days. Fees/taxes non-refundable.

Resort Amenities: zero-entry pool, lazy river, waterslide, splash zone, spa, gym, game room, cinema, playground, tiki bar, and business center. Wristbands to access amenities will be issued when guests check-in at the resort clubhouse upon arrival and are included in your booking.
