Stunning 5 Bedroom 4 1/2 bath home located in the gated community of Veranda Palms.

This home is elegantly designed with a private pool and spa*.

An extended lanai all screened in for your entertainment or to just relax with nature.

This magnificent pool is south facing for all day long sunshine and has a pond conservation view with NO REAR NEIGHBORS!

The kitchen boasts wood cabinets, granite countertops, center island, stainless appliances, fully equipped, pantry with eat in space.

You will find this home to be beautifully bright with its expansive ceilings.

The Master bedroom downstairs boasts lots of space a smart TV, walk in closet, a bathroom with dual side by side vanities, garden tub, and walk in glass shower.

Upstairs, you will find the large loft area with a pool table and a 55" smart TV along with the remaining 4 bedrooms all with bedrooms have smart TV’s.

The games room has been recently decorated and improved.

The house has good high quality Internet with fast WIFI in every room.

The villa also has off street parking for 2 vehicles

The Veranda Palms community features a swimming pool, fitness center, reserve land close to it and is only about 5 minutes from Pioneer Park on Shingle Creek with country walks and historic buildings.

It is close to shopping, restaurants, and 15 Minutes from Disney amusement parks.

*PLEASE NOTE: The pool area is available to you throughout your stay for your enjoyment. You are able to heat the pool for $35 per day if you wish. Please ask for pool heat when booking. Thanks.*

Please note:
This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking for an additional $35 per night (ask for details)
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
*Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Additional 2 guests are allowed, however, note that there are only beds for 10 in the home (additional costs apply for the 2 extra guests).

We really enjoyed our time in Veranda Palms. The house was well designed, very well equipped and its situation was excellent. We enjoyed the pool, the games equipment and the plentiful outdoor seating. Our one complaint is that the house was not as clean as we would have liked. Some of the bedsheets needed replacing and it was evident that furniture had not been moved for a thorough clean. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time in this spacious and comfortable home.

Home away from home

This is a wonderful property in a quiet community…better in person than the pics. Clean, well appointed kitchen, functional layout and fantastic pool area overlooking water and a wooded area. It suited our group of 10 perfectly. The extras we added on (BBQ, high chair, crib and bedding and pool heat) were all well worth it and a convenient and appreciated option. Thank you Dawn for the great service and quick replies, and the property manager was also quick to reply for a couple minor issues. We can’t wait to return ☺️

Great House

I stayed here for 6 weeks Feb - Mar and the house was exactly as the pictures portrayed it. Had a couple of questions/issues upon arrival and in the middle of my stay and David and Julie were very quick to respond and resolve them. I would certainly return in the future.

Great for a large group

Fantastic location for a multifamily Christmas getaway. Close enough to Disney but still nice and quiet. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, with plenty of plates, pans and silverware. There was even a Christmas tree which we weren’t expecting at all! The only two negative points I would make are that the community pool wasn’t heated, and that the driveway wasn’t really big enough for three cars. If you really want to swim in the colder months then I suggest getting the villa pool heated. Other than that it was lovely.

The villa is in a great location, on a lovely estate, however it is not manned with security, which showed in our stay as the gates were open 24/7. Unfortunately the neighbours across the lake were unbelievably bad, in their music, it was both offensive with its language and noise was second to being sat next jet engine. The cleanliness of the villa lacked attention to detail, I.e thick dust on the top of the fridge clearly visible, under the sofas and on ornaments. There was an issue with the pool heating but once we contacted the management company they resolved it quickly. The villa was great, except the shocking neighbours, the cleanliness can be remedied easily. I would stay there again but those things would need to be resolved.

Great spot for a family.

The communication right off the bat was smooth and easy. All information was passed on early on and if we had any questions they were answered quickly. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds are pretty firm for anyone using the home. The location was decent and an easy drive to Disney. Most drives only took about 15-20 mins. I would highly recommend the property for anyone traveling here.

Wonderful Location for Active Families

We've stayed in a variety of VRBO listings around the Orlando area and this is the first house that we left thinking "we'll be back!" The location was the key for us. Shopping is close by for groceries, there's a nature trail located close by (we did 7 mile out and backs each day), kayaking just a few minutes away, and it's a relatively short drive to all of the major attractions. And the pool area was great! With plenty of sunshine hitting the deck each day (and a functioning hot tub!), it was a treat to spend some time in nature and lazing about. We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the house, but found it to be on par with, or better than, other locations we've stayed at. The only caution is that the location might, occasionally, be a bit loud. Our first night (a Friday), the Kissimmee airport was hopping (lots of jets coming in right over the house), and two homes across the pond were partying pretty late. So we were initally worried we'd chosen the wrong place. But, even though Saturday was also loud, the rest of the week was quiet and an incredibly restful experience!

Perfect for a Family Disney Trip

This house is perfect for a group of people who want to stay off Disney property but want to be close enough to drive in daily. The home was exactly as described, immaculately clean upon arrival and it was super easy to communicate with the property manager leading up to the trip. We had zero issues and no reason to reach out during the trip (except to request an extra day which could not happen because the house is booked through the end of the year!). Paying for the heat for the pool was a good choice in February. All amenities (utilities/big & small appliances) are included for a long stay with the comforts of home. Be sure to plan to bring all pantry items, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and sponges, etc. Bare minimum was there to begin our stay; a roll of TP in each bathroom, a few dishwasher tabs and hand soap. There are many restaurants, stores and delivery available near-by.

Perfect vacation home!

This house is fantastic. It is spotless and spacious. The pool was sparkling blue and the view of the lake out back was perfect. The kids loved swimming and watching the wildlife. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of linens and towels for everyone. The basket by the back door with easy access to pool towels was genius. The home is in a quiet gated community and very close to Target, Sams, and Walmart. Disney and Universal are close by but the traffic is heavy so you have to be patient getting to the parks. We had a wonderful stay and will reserve this home when we visit Kissimmee again. Five stars!

The place is Awesome! The pictures are very accurate. Plenty of space for our family of 7, plus 3 family members that just stayed for an afternoon. Very close to Target and Wal-Mart and the Disney Parks. The kids enjoyed the house and pool more than the parks! We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The layout of house was ideal and spacious for our family of 10. Between the hot tub, pool and pool table we always had something to entertain us. Air hockey table didn’t work well. We also loved the location, super close to theme parks, shopping, restaurants, etc. other than the bug situation in the bathrooms - which was taken care of by property manager within hours of reporting the issue - we would definitely come back and recommend to friends. JC our property manager was always super responsive and ready to help us out with any questions! Thanks JC

Great space

We had a very nice stay. Enjoyed all the amenities and had easy drives to the activities we were doing around the area. It was DEFINITELY worth the money for the pool heat - it was a perfect swimming temperature.

Nice house, loud neighbors

We went to Orlando and rented this property for 6 days. The house is great, very clean, and with a nice pool and games for the children. It is also very well located close to Disney and local shops. The only disappointment were the very loud neighbors from across the lake who were partying all the time with their music very loud until past midnight. There was nobody we could call to complain about. We experienced a similar situation at the club house. It would be helpful if the resort management could find a way to curb this kind of behavior. Overall a nice house in a good location but with very loud neighbors.

The house was perfect. Neat, clean and beau decorated. There was more than enough room for all 7 of us. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Such a beautiful relaxing house. Wish we could have stayed longer. Loved just floating in the beautiful pool.

My family and I stayed seven days here and it was well worth it. Everything that you can think of was in this home. The pool was great for the kiddos, and the pool guy even came clean while we were there. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to florida

Check in was so easy, however, there were no directions for check out so we were frantic trying to figure out what we needed to do so that we wouldn't get charged. I paid for pool heating and it wasn't heated most of the time we were down there. It was broken for the first 4 days down there and then they fixed it, only for it to break again the last 2 days we were there. The property managers were great and every responsive when we had an issue with the pool, however, the host rarely responded, or responded days later. Didn't seem to care once we were there. Last, the sheets and beds were awful. They were "peeling" and it felt as though we were sleeping on sandpaper. The beds upstairs were very hard and 2 of the beds had a spider in it. Overall, it wasn't a horrible place and the location was awesome, but I did feel that I paid way too much for what we got.

Great Location for Disney

Good size Family House on a corner plot overlooking a small lake . House was well equipped , the beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and towels / pool towels. Couple of issues were quickly resolved, would definitely recommend this property for a family holiday 15 min drive from Disney .
