Solterra Dream Villa-Cosy Family Villa,15 minutes to Disney/Orlando Attractions

This is my home in Florida, owned since 2018. I have maintained the villa to a high standard, guests will love the contemporary modern look.

The pool/spa can be heated as an extra cost, but most of the year this isn't needed. There is poolside furniture and deckchairs. BBQ can be rented if required, at additional cost.

There are 5 bedrooms upstairs, and 1 bedroom downstairs. Every bedroom has a TV, and fast wifi is provided throughout the house for free. All bedrooms have either ensuite or shared bathrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen is open plan, to the lounge area. Plenty of space available to eat and prepare food. There is a laundry area, downstairs, before entering the double garage.

There are communal areas upstairs and downstairs, where perhaps adults and children can chill out before a good film.

It will take 15-20 minutes to get to Disney, and Orlando attractions 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Champions Gate is nearby, with some excellent restaurants. A quick internet search will show many other great locations.

The Solterra Resort, has tennis courts, communal swimming pool, gym, lazy river, bar/restaurant and much else.
