exclusive resort offering guests a wide range of luxury amenities for
an unforgettable holiday experience. Whether you choose to relax and

for relaxing under the Florida sun. At the centre of the resort you
will find the Clubhouse, which features an extensive water complex with

FlowRider wave simulator with an expert team on site to teach you how

* No pets, parties, or smoking allowed.
* Parking is free but must not be on the grass or blocking the
sidewalk.
* Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are
not permitted.
* Trash must be disposed of daily to maintain cleanliness.
Use of Amenities
* Pool heat is optional and requires a request 48 hours in advance.
* The pool temperature will not exceed 90°F; it is not a hot tub and
must be heated alongside the pool.
* The pool heater is ineffective in temperatures below 50°F, and
refunds are not available if desired temperatures are not reached
in cold conditions.
* Guests using a BBQ grill must clean it and replenish the propane. A
$50 fee applies if left uncleaned.
* Locked grills are for homeowner use only; a rental grill can be
arranged.
Additional Information
* No daily housekeeping is provided. The unit is cleaned before
check-in, and mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
* Packages from UPS, FedEx, and USPS are not accepted by the resort;
only Amazon packages are received. Guests are encouraged to be
present for deliveries.
