The Space:

Inside, multiple living spaces let each member of your group find a comfortable nook, whether you’re planning the next park visit or simply unwinding after a day of thrills.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers five spacious bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to fifteen guests. A bedroom on the first floor shares a convenient bathroom, perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, additional bedrooms and baths provide privacy, while a second living area adds extra space for larger groups to spread out.



Living areas

The main family room features a flat‑screen TV and reclining couches, creating a relaxed spot for movie nights or a quick recap of the day’s rides. A dedicated workspace in the common area offers a quiet place for remote work or planning. The game room, equipped with a pool table, gives everyone a fun indoor option without leaving the house.



Kitchen & dining

A fully stocked kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances invites you to prepare meals together, while indoor and outdoor dining tables make it easy to share breakfast, dinner, or a casual snack. Bathroom supplies, fresh linens, towels, and laundry facilities are provided, supporting longer stays with ease.



Outdoor living

Your private pool, usable year‑round and optionally heated, becomes the centerpiece of outdoor relaxation. A fenced backyard with sun loungers and a patio creates a private oasis for sunbathing, reading, or evening drinks under the stars. Outdoor dining extends the indoor experience, letting you enjoy meals al fresco in the pleasant Florida climate.

Free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate adds resort‑style perks: a pool with water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a Tiki Bar, fitness center, movie theater, playground, volleyball and tennis courts, plus a public 18‑hole golf course with driving range and clubhouse. Guest Access:

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
