Solterra Resort - stunning vacation rental community offering several world-class clubhouse amenities. Close to Champions Gate golf course and Highlands Reserve you’ll have world class options when you choose where to play.

Along with all the facilities at the villa, there are amenities for our guests at the new Clubhouse at Solterra. To provide you with the best experience possible, their community will charge a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee, conveniently processed through THE CLUBHOUSE, using credit or debit cards. Please note that they cannot accept cash payments to ensure seamless entry. This one-time fee, applicable per house per reservation, grants you access to a world of enjoyment in the Resort Amenities.

Upon payment of the one-time fee per house, 1-12 guests $35, 13+ guests $45, you'll receive their exclusive Resort Access Card, with a maximum of two cards per party, and wrist bands. These cards will grant you entry through the front gate to the refreshing pool area. Please note that the wrist bands will change every Monday, so if your reservation has more then one week or is in between week's, you will need to pass by the club house each Monday and present your access card to receive a new wrist band.
Whether you're taking a dip or simply unwinding poolside, having your card handy will make every moment effortless.

Additionally, you'll be provided with a unique 4-digit code that changes monthly, allowing you entry the well-equipped gym for your fitness needs. It has quality, brand new facilities including an extra-large pool with sloped entry and slide, fully equipped gym, lounge bar and an outdoor lounge with TV and fireplace. There are also tennis courts, a volleyball court and children’s play-park.

No Parking in the grass anywhere on the resort, including yards. Street Parking is designated by Marked Spaces in between 2 White Lines. Parking is on a first come first serve basis. Only guests may park overnight. All visitor passes expire at 10:00 PM,

Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.

2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.

3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.

4. Pool heat is additional fee if available. The pool heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.

5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.

6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.

7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.

8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.

9.This will be a self-catering house.

10. In order to use the resort Amenities you will need to visit the resort clubhouse and purchase their Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee Card.

11. The use of Golf carts are strictly prohibited in the community.

12. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this vacation rental.
