Thank you for sharing your home with me and my family but this home was by far the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed at.The living room furniture was full of dirty stains,rugs and walls was filthy roachs crawling throughout the house.First entering the community you must have a QR code to enter, the host never emailed me the code.I was able to get in, once I got settled in I ran to the Walmart down the rode when I came back I wasn’t able to get in(I was told to pull to the side,reach out to the host for the QR code….I sat there for more than 20 minutes before the guard finally let me in) All my guests also had issues getting in because we didn’t have QR codes.On Sep 6,2025 one of my guests reached out to me because he was once again told to pull to the side,guard wasn’t letting him in because again no QR CODE.I was maybe 30 minutes away from the home,call customer service because the host was giving me the runaround (messaged him on Sep 5,2025 for QR codes,he stated he was sending codes but I never received it)Once I talked to customer service I told them my issue he than merged me in with the host,I let him know I was livid and embarrassed because of what the guards was taking me and my guests through.Also told him I wasn’t waiting for him to call me back I’ll stay on the line till I receive the code(mind you Four cars total of me and my guests where told to pull to the side for more than 30 minutes while I sat on the phone waiting for a QR code) this was by far my worst experience.
