From the moment you step through the private entrance, the scale of the home becomes clear: high ceilings, dual A/C units keeping the Florida heat at bay, and an open-concept layout that connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one comfortable, easy-going hub.

 

Game room

Off the main entrance on the first floor, a dedicated game room sets the tone early - foosball and pool table ready for whoever wants to claim the first victory of the trip. It's the kind of space that never stays empty for long.

 

Living space

The open-concept living room flows naturally into the dining area, making it easy for the group to stay connected whether someone's cooking, eating, or just catching up on the sofa. A dedicated workspace is available if you need to log on during your stay. Outside, the private pool and spa are yours for the duration - surrounded by outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, with plenty of room to lounge or host an evening cookout under the Florida sky.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen covers everything from early morning coffee to full group dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses - along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dining table for the whole group.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Across six bedrooms, the home accommodates a variety of group configurations. The primary suite on the upper level features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and a calm, restful atmosphere. Additional bedrooms include queen and full beds with flexible arrangements to suit families and mixed groups. A cozy upstairs family room with TV is perfect for movie nights when the day winds down.

 

Bathrooms

Five full bathrooms and one half bathroom are spread throughout the home. The primary suite's ensuite includes a bathtub. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, and the home includes hair dryers, hot water, and room-darkening shades throughout.

 

Laundry & essentials

An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, and a pack 'n play/travel crib round out the practical side of the stay. Mosquito netting, a first aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a smart lock with self check-in are all in place.

 

Community & location

As a ChampionsGate resort-access property, guests can use the community's extensive shared facilities - including a clubhouse, fitness center, golf course, playground, swimming pools, tennis courts, and 24-hour guarded security. Walt Disney World is approximately 11 miles away (around 20-25 minutes), with Universal Orlando Resort roughly 21 miles out (35-40 minutes), Epcot about 14 miles (25-30 minutes), and Disney Springs around 13 miles (25-30 minutes). Orlando International Airport is approximately 27 miles away.

 

Good to know

Check-in is from 4 PM; checkout by 10 AM. The home uses a smart lock for self check-in. Initial supplies are provided - including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels - though longer stays will likely require restocking. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $35 per day; please request it at least 48-72 hours before your stay begins. Free parking is available in the garage on-site.



Guest Access:

Guests will be provided with check-in instructions 24 hours prior to the check-in. The home has an electric lock and you will be provided with a unique code which will be valid for the duration of your stay.
