The nightly retreats will be something every guest looks forward to, as each room has its own special theme that is sure to suit each guest perfectly. Two of the living quarters will be found on the first floor, perfect for those not looking to climb stairs at night. The king Harmony master bedroom features plenty of space and a wall-mounted smart tv. The master bathroom features a double vanity and shower and also has access to the pool and patio area. The small space invaders preferring to sleep on the first floor will take comfort and refuge in the space-themed bunk room that will transport them to a galaxy far away from Paradise Palms!
Guests will find four of the bedrooms located on the second floor. After spending a day riding the Hogwarts Express at Universal Orlando, the little ones will want to hop on their broomsticks and retreat to the custom-themed bunk room that sleeps four children and has a wall-mounted smart tv, so there is no need to miss your favorite show. This bedroom conveniently shares a full bathroom with the loft that has a tub/shower combo. The little lion cubs in the family will love having their own bunk master bedroom with custom theming and wall-mounted smart tv. This room sleeps two and will have the kids retiring at night with “no worries.” The bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The princesses will frolic in a winter wonderland in another inspired bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds and sleeps four children. This room also has a wall-mounted smart tv for kids to catch their favorite shows and movies. The adventure does not stop with the little ones, as guests will also enjoy a superhero-inspired king master bedroom on the second floor. This spacious king master features a large bathroom with double vanity, a large soaking tub, and a separate shower.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
