Rygning forbudt, samt høj musik
Rygning er forbudt på hele hotelområdet, området er indhegnet og gående skal ud af samme port som bilerne, ikke særligt smart, og der er ikke noget rygeområde uden for porten. Meget høj musik i morgenmadsområdet, og der er ikke et stille rum, hvis man vil nyde maden i fred og ro.

Fint sted til billige penge
Boede på hotellet fra lørdag til lørdag . Og der var ingen rengøring på værelset eller udskiftning af håndklæder

Små sko og lav gæstfrihed
Gulvet trængte til at blive vasket. Servicen var sparsom: der var ingen kaffe på værelset - på trods af at vi betalte for et royal room og 20 USD i resort gebyr. Da vi bad om noget kaffe, fik vi 2 kapsler - øvrige skulle vi betale ekstra for. Vi kunne ikke gennemskue, hvad vi fik ved at betale ekstra for et royal room, som lå ud til landevejen og længst væk fra søen. Skiltningen ved morgenmaden bar også præg af lav gæstfrihed og små sko. Man kunne kun bestille én og kun én tallerken

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds and polite staff. Continental breakfast was mediocre but lots of fun things to do on the property. Worth the price.

All the staff don’t understand English very good so communication is terrible. The hotel is all HYPE, once you get past the nice looking main area the rest of the hotel is average as everyone else. Breakfast is terrible, no matter what time you go there it’s a gong show that’s very busy with people like savages over free food. (Stayed at hotel 10 days & used it a few times & had to go out for breakfast afterwards) Our tv didn’t work from day one & after 3 days of asking about it was finally replaced. Advertised every 3 days for room cleaning and linens/towels/etc, ya right try 5 days & always not enough. 4 people in one room & only 3 towels,1 face/hand towel for everyone, always asking for more & not getting nothing like we asked for.. While we were there elevator was broken many times so it sucks if you’re on upper floor. The small lake in the back has alligators & snakes that can come onto the property anytime & not safe for kids. (We seen a 3-4 ft long black snake going across the parking lot going through the kids play area & I was told by staff to stay away from it because it’s poisonous…. Over 15 years going to Florida & staying at over 30 hotels this is in my top 5 worst….

Estuvo muy bien para nuestra estadía de 5 noches, el desayuno estuvo bien sería bueno agregar alguna otra fruta.Seria muy conveniente tener un microondas en la habitacion.Falta un horario más extendido para la piscina ya que al regresar al hotel luego de compras o parques estaba cerrada. y no se pudo usar.

The hotel was worth for miney we paid. It is a quiet place and smoking free make it pleasant. Breakfast was good. Parking area is enough. We had booked one room for family of 4 but the room was arranged as if only two people were going to stay there. Had to ask for more tea bags and toiletries everyday.

We stayed here for may 4th weekend and we were worried about some reviews but honestly it was pretty good. The best part was the staff they were very nice and the property was very enjoyable. It also helps that you get a free breakfeast every morning, may not be 5 star food but its enough to get your day started. I would come back for sure and thank you guys for a great stay.

La propiedad cobra un impuesto de resort que no indica claramente a la hora de reservar. Debe salir ese monto cuando se muestra como opcion. De resort lo unico que tiene es la piscina al igual que todos los hoteles de orlando y ellos no cobran ese impuesto salvo los verdaderos Resorts. Mucho problema con el manejo de cuarto. Nos hicieron check out en media estadía y cancelaron el acceso con las tarjetas en media estadía. La limpieza de cuartos es cada 3 o 4 día. Lo unico bueno es la ubicacion. Mejor escoger otra opcion en Kissimme.

There many things that lowered my rating. - the rooms were dirty when we first checked in, we used the towels we had in the room wipe down the surface. We had to request new towels which they were quick to deliver. - the toilet seat was broken, it moved around a lot but still usable - the security safe was broken, we could not use it - the microwave was not in the room but in a different building and floor. Although accessible indoors via skyscraper, very inconvenient All of these were annoying but the following bother us the most. - They had a policy that they only clean the room after the 3rd day and it had to be requested on the second day. We requested the second day for a cleaning and went to the Front Desk to double check our request went through on the morning of the third day because we were low on everything. . We were informed that we were not added and could not be added because the itinerary for the maids were set for the day. When we push for this, they mentioned they would check but it would be unlikely to add us. Like multiple other visitors, we had put our trash outside and use our own personal souvenir bags to store our remaining trash. The halls and trash in front of each room. The room was cleaned on the 4th and they replaced all the toiletries. However, the cleaning was subpar. The sheets were not changed because the same stains were still on the sheets. - We need to hold our suitcases. They gave us the wrong luggage 3x, we had to in back.

Outside was not appealing. I asked to check in 45 minutes early (traveling alone) I was told no.

My room had visible mold on the walls and water on the floor. It smelled like mildew. I complained to the front he said that was the best room they had and showed me a lesser room that again had a strong odor of mildew. I have a severe allergy to mold and couldn’t stay there, they offer no refund or partial refund and. Charged for my entire stay even though I couldn’t stay there due to there conditions

Location is Great, so close to all attractions and plenty of dining establishments. Housekeeping waa an issue, they clean room every 3 days you have to request it upon arrival. We did and we even called and they still didnt clean the room. Was very disappointed.

The service is terrible. I called to order toilet paper. They came 20min later and just gave me 1 roll !!!! SMH. Only 1 set of bath towels in the room.!!! Housekeepers work only 3 days a week !!!!

The staff was not accommodating for my early check in at all, when I’d spoke to them on 3 occasions about it prior to my arrival. I was coming to the city with my child and no car, just using ride share. It was a huge inconvenience for the both of us to have to wait over 4 hours from our arrival to check into our room. I would’ve booked elsewhere if they didn’t tell me they could accommodate me. Never again.
