The dining room seats 6 while the breakfast bar seats a total of 4. Overlooking the kitchen and dining room is the cozy living room. A 55” flat screen is placed at the center for you to relax and catch up on your favorite TV shows. The large windows fill the room with sunshine and offer a beautiful view of the pool. This home has its very own private pool with full screen covering to spend time in the sun. Back inside you can’t forget about the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a total of 8 guests. A theme throughout all the rooms is simplicity and comfort. Free Wifi is available in this home as well as a washer and dryer for you to use.



There is an additional charge for heating the pool per day plus tax for a townhome.
