New decorated and modern Townhome, close to Disney

Located in the heart of Kissimmee, our townhouse can accommodate up to 10 people, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Our property is located in a gated community at Summerville Resort. It?s only 4 miles to Disney?s, 1 minute to Walmart and close to all theme parks.

The kitchen is fully equipped with s appliances. Double side fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, pots and pans. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and a dryer. We do not provide condiments (salt, pepper, sugar) nor ground coffee.

We have 2 modern themed bedrooms, 1 luxurious master suite and 2 incredible queen rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs.

Guests have access to a modern designed clubhouse, multiple reception areas:

Concierge services
Fitness center
Swimming pool
Playground.

It is minutes away from the local theme parks, mall, golfing, and dining.

obs: Dear guest, the following are provided per stay: A new set of towels per guest, a roll of toilet paper and a small bar of soap in each bathroom, dishwashing soap, a roll of paper towels and a trash bag. Be prepared to stop at a store to buy more toilet paper and paper towels if necessary, as well as salt, pepper, sugar, etc.

We offer one bath towel per guest (based on the home's capacity) and one hand towel per bathroom. Pool towels must be returned to the property after use. Leaving them in the pool area is not permitted. Missing items will result in a charge.

NOTE: We do not provide extra towels.
