The space
Master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a 55” Roku smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, bunk bed (both twin size) with a 50” Roku smart TV. Third bedroom has a Bunk bed also that includes twin size (sliding bed), full size (middle) and twin size (top). Full second bathroom.

Beautiful dinning area. 1/2 bathroom located on first floor. Comfy living room includes a 65” Roku smart TV where you can enjoy watching sports, shows or favorite movie.

Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, plates and silverware for cooking.

Spacious and beautiful patio with a grill to enjoy cookouts with the family and friends. Outdoor furniture.

Surveillance devices:
****THERE ARE SURVEILLANCE DEVICES IN THE FRONT DOOR AND IN THE BACK PATIO. BOTH SURVEILLANCE DEVICES ARE OUTDOORS.

Parking is open and not assigned with plenty of space.

This is a gated community and I will provide instructions with gate code and door code for entry into the townhome.

Getting around
Car is recommended and parking is plentiful. Poinciana SunRail station is only 5 minutes car ride from the townhome. 10 minutes to all major highways I-4, 429, 417 and 20 min from all Theme parks.
