We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and there is a washer and dryer available in the unit. Please also note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.

POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $50 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay). ATTENTION: This house doesn t have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot.

POOL TOWELS - Columbia Vacation Homes does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.

PARKING - Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas. The house provides parking for 4 vehicles, depending on their size, as long as they do not block or touch the sidewalk and any grass area. There is a parking lot available for any additional vehicles next to the pool and amenity area.
IMPORTANT: Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner s expense.

SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
