This includes full access to the community outdoor swimming pools, relaxing hot tubs, the state of the art fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, playground, and scenic walking paths. The building is fully accessible with elevator service, and you have access to both in unit laundry and common area laundry facilities.

Getting to your resort retreat is simple and convenient. We recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the flexibility of exploring the Orlando area and nearby theme parks at your own pace. Free parking is available for our guests directly on the premises. For those flying in, Orlando International Airport is approximately a 35 to 40 minute drive from the property. While ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the Kissimmee area, public transportation options are limited, making a personal vehicle the most efficient way to travel between the resort and local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

🔞 AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 18 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this requirement unless prior approval has been granted by Hoste.

🚭 SMOKING: No smoking inside the property.

🤫 QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM per city ordinance. Please be courteous of neighbors.

🚫 🔥 FIRE: Wood-burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited.

🐾 PETS: This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort of all guests. No animals are permitted on the premises (standard service animals are exempt from this rule) .

🗑️ TRASH: Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave trash out overnight.

🛠️ MAINTENANCE: We do not have on-site maintenance, unlike hotels, but all requests are handled ASAP.



We require a refundable hold of $500 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $20 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.
