Our gorgeous modern coastal farm house is sitting in one of the most desirable communities for those wishing to vacation around the Disney and Kissimmee/Orlando areas. Drive time to Disney is 10 to 15 minutes and the community is also nearby Hwy 192 with a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This is the perfect place to relax with a dip in the pool or spa with a glass of wine after a busy day at the theme parks.

Game room – the double garage has been converted into a game room with an ping pong table, foosball table and a basketball hoop for hours of fun for all the family.

Not one but TWO spacious masters en-suite with king size beds, walk in closets and on suite bathrooms with direct access to pool deck.

Kids themed Room with a bunk bed.

Stylish Nautica themed room great for older kids or a couple.

The fully equipped kitchen off the living room has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and all the appliances you’d find at home – toaster, coffee maker etc. There is a breakfast bar and spacious dinning room with plenty space to fit all your family and friends.

A separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board is available.

Large living room with plenty of comfortable seating.

Separate "MOVIE" room with access to the latest streaming via Netflix/FireTV.

Calabay Parc is also surrounded by some of Florida’s finest golf courses, including Champions Gate, Mystic Dunes, Falcon’s Fire, Ridgewood Lakes and many more.

Looking for a beach? No worries, we got you cover!!! Florida's best beaches are just a short drive from Central Florida. Clearwater on the Gulf Coast and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic, two of Florida's most famous beaches, are less than an hour and a half-hour drive from our property. Also nearby we have Daytona Beach, Anna Maria Island and Siesta Keys.

Absolutely NO parties are allowed on the property and any failure to adhere to this will result in a $250 fee.

NO Smoking of any type. Any evidence of Smoking inside the house will incur a minimum $250. fee.

Failure to comply with these additional rules will result on the eviction of the guess from the property without recompense or refund.

- Early check -in / Late check-out ------ Request is recommended when booking you are staying. Might not be available before arriving date due to other booking requested.

**Please Note: that the pool can be heated for a fee that is equivalent to the energy costs for heating the pool. Please indicate if you are interested in heating the pool at the time of booking or no later than 48hrs prior to the time needed.

**Pets and ESA are more than welcome but no larger than 20 pounds at an additional $75 fee.

POOL HEAT PRICING DESCRIPTION
* The pool and spa (if applicable) can be heated on request and for an additional charge of $40 per night

* Pool/Spa heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid an additional activation fee of $40. This fee is payable to enable a staff member to attend to the activation of the system.

* Pool/Spa Heat is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in summer.

* Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of your stay at guests cost per daily rate.

* Pool/Spa heat is necessary if your home has a spa interconnected with the pool and you want to have the spa hotter than the pool temperature.

* The pool heater runs for approximately 12-15 hours each day and will turn off overnight.

Facts about pool/spa warming. It takes up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the set temperature. Pool heaters keep a pool temperature between 86-88 Fahrenheit and up to 106 on the Jacuzzi. Pool and spa keep the same temperature as water circulates between them. Pool systems are set on timers so they run from morning to afternoon/evening. Therefore it might be some cooling of during night time when temperature drops. Host is not responsible for refunds on freezing winter days(50s and 60s). Guess are not allowed to tamper with any pool equipment during their stay, this must be handled by a licensed pool professional.

BBQ : Complimentary BBQ gas grill is available for use at your own risk. Each guest is able to take tank for refills at your expense, est. cost $20~ per refill (Walmart, Publix, Lowes, 7 Eleven, etc)
