Other things to note

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

Swimming Pool: Dive into our pristine pool anytime you wish. Pool towels, loungers, and a few floaties are provided for your relaxation and enjoyment. (Please ensure children are supervised at all times.) Pool heat is an option with just a $30 per day (only recommended from November to February)



Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or a gourmet meal, our kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you'll need. Feel free to use the coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, and more.



Laundry Facilities: For stays longer than a few days or unexpected spills, our washer and dryer are at your disposal. Detergent and fabric softener are on us!



Parking: We offer ample parking space for your vehicles, ensuring easy access and security.



Wi-Fi & Entertainment: Stay connected with our high-speed Wi-Fi. Plus, enjoy our entertainment system complete with a selection of movies, games, and streaming services.



Safety Amenities: For your peace of mind, we've equipped the house with smoke and C02 detectors, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher.
