Welcome to our stunning single-family villa, perfect for an unforgettable vacation!
The small, peaceful, gated community of Tuscan Hills is on the US27 in Davenport and is close to Disney World, Universal and all other Orlando attractions and theme parks. Highly recommended themed villa with its own games room as well as a private pool and spa. Community facilities include a clubhouse with a gym and games room, a kiddie’s outdoor play area and tennis and volleyball courts. Shops, restaurants and fast food outlets to please all tastes and budgets are within a couple of miles.
Upon entering, guests will discover an open-plan space featuring a dining-living area and a fully equipped modern kitchen with an island and stools. The villa's modern design, accented with black, gray, white, and yellow tones, creates a refreshing and welcoming atmosphere. Glass sliding doors lead to a private patio and pool, where guests can unwind and enjoy themselves after a day filled with activities.
The villa boasts four beautifully decorated bedrooms:
Ground Floor Bedroom: A gorgeous Mickey Mouse-themed room with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower. This room also offers direct access to the pool.
Master Bedroom (Upstairs): A Harry Potter-themed suite with a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. This floor also includes a washer/dryer room.
Second Bedroom (Upstairs): Minions-themed with two bunk beds and its own game room.
Third Bedroom (Upstairs): Jurassic Park-themed featuring two Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and its own game room.
A full bathroom with double sinks and a glass-enclosed shower is located in the hallway and shared by the second and third bedrooms.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire Villa during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

Where is Tuscan Hills?
Tuscan Hills is in Davenport on Florence Villa Grove Road. To reach it from the US192 (W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) head west to the end of this road and then go south on the US27 for approximately 2 miles. Florence Villa Grove is on the left opposite Legacy Park, with Tuscan Hills being 150 yards down here on the right.
How far is Tuscan Hills from Disney World, Universal and other attractions?

Attractions on International Drive, including Ripley’s, Wonderworks and Fun Spot America amusement park can be reached in about 30 - 35 Minutes.
The I-4 highway is nearby, meaning Busch Gardens is 65 - 70 Minutes away driving east towards Tampa and Kennedy Space Center is 65 - 70 Minutes away to the west. Florida’s award-winning beaches, including Clearwater, Cocoa, Daytona and Siesta Key, can all be reached in as little as 95 - 100 Minutes from here.
How far is Tuscan Hills from the airport?
The nearest airport is Orlando International which is 35 - 40 Minutes away, Tampa International is 65 - 70 Minutes away and Melbourne International is 90 - 95 Minutes from here. Miami International Airport, another option for guests to fly into is 225 - 230 Minutes away.
Nearest shops to Tuscan Hills
The nearest supermarket to Tuscan Hills is the Publix store at Berry Town Center which is less than a mile away. For retail therapy or bargain hunting then head to either Posner Park, an outdoor shopping mall, which is 15 minutes drive down the US27 or the shops at Rolling Oaks Commons and Sunset Walk along the US192 which can be reached in about the same length of time. The nearest Premium Outlets is at Exit 68 on the I-4 Highway which is less than 30 minutes drive from here.
Nearest restaurants to Tuscan Hills
Tuscan Hills is within a mile of Berry Town Center which has a few independent restaurants as well as an Abblebees, an iHop restaurant and a popular British bar. Sitting just a mile or so north up the US27 is the turning for the lively US192 which is lined both sides with a huge selection of family restaurants and fast food outlets to suit all tastes and budgets.

Central Florida is renowned for it’s number of golf courses, both public and private, to suit all styles and abilities so you can be sure that whichever community you stay on, there will always be a golf course nearby. The nearest courses to Tuscan Hills can be found at ChampionsGate or Highlands Reserve.
