This house is in Windsor Island Resort, a BRAND NEW Resort. You may see construction nearby.
All guests' names need to be registered in the gate system.
No overnight street parking allowed in WIR resort.

Need to arrive earlier or linger a little longer? Let us know in advance and we’ll see if we can make it happen. (Early check-in / late check-out is $45 per hour and subject to availability.)
Optional Add-Ons (extra fee)
• Pool Heating Service: $35 per day (request at least 24 hrs before check-in)
• 4-Burner Grill Rental: $105 per week (includes one full propane tank)

• Accommodates up to 5 vehicles
• No parking on grass or sidewalks

• Violators may be towed without warning from 8 PM to 7 AM
Guest Registration
Before arrival, please provide the full names of everyone in your party who is 18 years old or older. This is required by the resort for gate access. Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
House Rules
1. No smoking or vaping inside the home.
2. No parties or events.
3. Resort quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
