Home is renovated and well maintained, you will have comfortable stay with open concept kitchen and high ceiling for the entire main floor.

Daily Pool Heating is $30 per day, please send your request for pool heat before your arrival.

Early check-in/late check-out (depending on availability) is $20/hour
For safety reason, we don`t keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can help you rent one during prior to your arrival. Please contact us for price and availability.

It`s NOT allowed to use this house for ANY kind of events like parties, meetings, conferences, commercial activities. If you plan a party, this house is NOT recommended for you.

If you want the pool heated, it`s very easy, we will send you a payment request for that.
Important note: Pool heat is setup on 88F but temperature is not guaranteed because its dependable on outside weather.

A/C (cooling) guests can adjust between 72F-80F.

Washer and Dryer are available for reasonable use - extreme use beyond normal household needs will be charged at the management`s discretion.

Guest can rent a clean BBQ for 100/stay up to one week with a full propane tank - ask for details.

We provide a small starter kit for all reservations regardless of the length of stay, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
2 extra garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. bath towels will be at least 2 towels each bedroom and no beach towel provided, please note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.
