Completely Remodeled, everything new and updated!! Sanitized and Beautiful 4 Bedroom (5 bed) Villa with 2 Master Suites and 3 bathrooms. Large King Bedroom Suite with private bathroom access to lanai. Queen Master with large walk in closet and private bathroom. Queen bedroom and twin bedroom share hallway bath. All bedrooms have wall mounted smart tv's.

Decorated to offer a relaxing and cozy home away from home feel. Large family room with fireplace, 65” smart tv and a beautiful view of the lanai. New kitchen with new stainless appliances and farm sink, breakfast bar, fully stocked with new cookware, utensils, condiments and essentials for guests arrival. Dining room with breakfast bar. Game room in garage as well as several board and card games. South facing pool/spa! Relax in the lanai pool side and read a book or enjoy a glass of wine with family and friends around the fire pit table! It’s where you will want to spend your evenings. Pool can be heated for $30/per day and is recommended October through April.

The Lanai faces the 15th hole of the golf course in beautiful Highlands Reserve and has just been furnished with new wicker patio furniture/fire pit high top table that seats 8 and newly surfaced retiled pool!! New privacy fence on both sides of lanai. Child friendly home with pack and play, baby monitor, stroller and highchair.

We have a superb management team on site within Highlands Reserve that provide 5 star service to our guests and keeps the villa spotless. Home is sanitized and disinfected with deep cleaning between each guest. Note that lawn and pool service is performed on Tuesday mornings.

Highlands Reserve Resort leisure amenities include club house with restaurant, community swimming pool, changing rooms, tennis courts and a play ground. The Highlands Reserve Golf Club features an 18-hole championship designed golf course and is fun for all levels of golfers, a chipping green and large putting green.

Lovely home! All the rooms were well decorated and very comfortable. WiFi and appliances all worked well and we really enjoyed our time at our home away from home.The property owner addressed any issues we had very quickly…. And even went the extra mile to have a drying rack delivered for our use!Unfortunately the pool had a leak and that required adding new water periodically which kept it cooler than we could comfortably use. That was addressed and fixed the day we were leaving, so while it was unfortunate timing for us, it should be good to go for the next guests!

The Real Deal

There are 5 stars and there are 5 stars. We have stayed in 5 over the years and this is a real 5 star. It's fully stocked with all the amenities, close to all local shopping, close to Disney etc. Great neighborhood. Backs on to the golf course. The owner and management company responded to any concerns (which were very little) within minutes. You won't be disappointed.D&D

Wonderful Location and Great House

House was just as expected and described. Loved the central location! Recommend if staying visiting Discovery Cove to swim with the dolphins and then a relaxing day in the water! Dawn and Jeff are great hosts!

Amazing home and great location

The home was warm and inviting from the minute we arrived. Everything was easy and taken care of prior to arrival. The owners/managers were so easy to work with. The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and quiet street. Close to all yhe amenities but just outside the hustle and bustle of Orlando! Everything was clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone as a wonderful home away from home to vacation. The hotub/pool and game room completely satisfied our childrens needs. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Highlands Reserve stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this Highlands Reserve home. The house was better than described on the website. The home is in a neighborhood with a lot of street parking, which we are not used to. Although we did have some minor issues, they were quickly dealt with by Dawn (the owner), and the property management team (Melanie and her husband). The home is easy distance to the Disney parks, although traffic usually puts it about a 20 minute drive.

Nice property and good location

I’ve been to this property a few times. The house is very nice and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. About 25-30 min from Disney parks. There are 3 Pack’n’play and 1 highchair available, what is great if you have small children. It’s also great that the house is pet friendly. Communication with the management of the property is very good and they are very accommodating and responsive. My only complaint (and I already said that on previous reviews) is that there are no essentials available. I normally stay for 6 nights and I expected at least 2 or 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, but normally there’s only less than a half roll in each. 3 tablets of dishwasher soap and some cleaning products like Windex or Lysol kwould be very useful too. But overall it’s an excellent property and I recommend it!

There were some items left under the bed from the previous guests and some trash left under kitchen sink and soiled sanitary napkin in trash can outside that we had to dump trash in. It made me wonder with the covid rules, why did an inspection not catch this. None of the outlets work in the bathrooms.

Great accomodations!

We snagged this home as a last minute decision and feel like we really lucked out. Great location, well-appointed home with plenty of separate space for everyone. Very clean inside and in the pool area. Property manager was great to communicate with. We would stay here again! Only suggestion would be a new shower head in the master bath.

Green property and location

It’s our second time in this property. Great accommodations, perfect for our family of 5 and one dog. The fenced pool and pack & play/ high chair available are a plus. Close enough to Disney parks (about 25 min) in a quiet neighborhood located in a golf course community. Be prepared for zero supplies available in the kitchen/laundry. No salt/pepper/sugar/coffee/dishsoap/dishwasher tabs/laundry detergent. Only half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no extra rolls, and we stayed for one week in the property. I think that these essentials should be provided at least for the period we stay in the property. But overall it was a great stay!

Nice family home

This home was perfect for our family. We have a curious 2 year old so the less stuff in the house the better. It had basically all you would need for a short trip. There was a couple things with the house that could be addressed but all in all our family enjoyed staying there and would return. The pool warmer definitely works. The only thing with the pool was the security gate around it had rips and my son was able to find a piece that was loose on the bottom and could crawl under it. Luckily, he figured that out the last day we were there. The neighborhood was quiet and it seemed private with the patio facing the golf course. It was about a 30 minute drive to get to Orlando.

Just about got it.

Perfect for us. Liked everything about the property, however the kitchen equipment and utensils were a little tired and it would be nice if the BBQ had a tank. Charge a refill fee or something to cover the propane costs.

House was perfect. Quiet neighbors and very nice modern decor. Uncluttered Bed in Master bedroom was very comfortable. Loved the enclosed heated pool and hot tub although if you seek privacy, be aware you are near the 15th hole of the golf course so golfers are stopping near by during the day. House has all the basics - towels, sufficient kitchen supplies. Only request would have been to have some dish soap. Thank you. Would stay again

2021 annual Orlando golf trip

Loved the time we spent at this property. Very nice and comfortable home on a golf community with easy access to all the other Orlando courses and resturants. Highly recommend this location for a quiet place close to all things Orlando!

Winter stay

We enjoyed our stay and found the house and location excellent. It is just as advertised and looks like it was recently updated. Our only complaint would be that the pool needs some attention. We wanted heat - and we got heat, but really too much heat! Geoff responded to our calls and made an effort to adjust, but it appears that heat was all or nothing turning the pool into a hot tub. The pool also needing additional water of a couple inches every other day. We changed our expectation and viewed it as a hot tub, but it needs attention. We enjoyed keeping an eye on the golfers and witnessed a hole in one. Beds were very comfortable and it was well appointed. My 3 year old grandson declared it a great house! We would certainly book this house again!
